I am not able to have option to send invoices via text messages any more, why?
Just recently started using QuickBooks. Entered all my bank information And linked. Old bank used until April. New bank thereafter. Old bank transactions to APRIL do not show. How do I fix this?
Why is there a delay for half of the invoices?

I am using QuickBooks Online Plus for a small nonprofit. I am trying to use QB to maintain a database of our membership, but i need more data fields than are available as the standard ones and do not want to upgrade to Advanced to be able to create custom fields. I am trying to "repurpose" some data fields for contacts that i don't use for other information needed for our member database. There is a column that is shown on the contact list report titled "note" and i cannot figure out where to find that field to populate it so that it shows up on the report. I have tried putting something in every single field for the contact and still nothing gets pulled to the "note" column. Can anyone help?
We have a custom application that integrates with Quickbooks desktop, we need a mapping of the old id to the new id, can the data migration team give us this when we migrate?
I need help setting up payroll liabilities. From my paroll journal entry, to getting the bill paid. Something is off and my balance sheet is reflecting it is not happening correclty. I use an outside payroll vendor, not QBs. Payroll deducts for health insurance and RothI pay bill to insurance and send money to Roth. My account codes are messed up somewhere and I just don't have the brainpower to sort it. This is not my specialty.
When a co-worker is matching bank transactions for vendor ACH payments and they don't see an exact match, they are clicking "ADD" which creates an Expense transaction and duplicates the existing vendor invoice. So is there a way to convert an Expense entry into a payment and apply it to an existing AP bill? Or should I just delete the Expense entry and create a payment? This often happens when there are two or more vendor bills being paid by a single ACH payment.
My reports wont print to pdf, but they will print to the printer. I have used the tool hub and ran the print and pdf tool it did not fix the issue, this just started out of the blue any suggestions

I am having a difficult time creating a report in QB Online that is similar to the Job Profitability Detail report from QB Desktop. I need to be able to see each of my products/services with the costs and revenue displayed.
Recently my emailed invoices are showing my company backup file name and it was not doing thispreviously. I have tried reformatting my invoice but nothing has worked. I did an online chat with QBand the only solution they offered was to take remote control of my desktop to see what the problem was.I don't really want to do that and I really don't want to change the name of my company back up file as I have seen issues other people have had doing this. I have done an search thru the community but found nothing

Hi all, I'm new to Quickbooks and enjoying the experience, but have a couple of more technical issues I'd like support with. Apologies if these are relatively simple, but I haven't been able to find these answers elsewhere, or with the intro video consultation. Any help is much appreciated! 1. What is the best practice to booking in liabilities than are not accounts payable (e.g. accruals). I have seen that posting "bills" only really works for accounts payable, so is there another way to post any other types of liabilities? Do all of these need to simply be posted as manual journals, with all adjustments then also subsequently posted with manual journals? 2. The same applies to booking inventory. Do inventory bookings need to be posted with manual journals, or is there a better approach? I am only using Quickbooks essentials for the moment. Thanks for any help!
