After I enter a bill to a vendor in QB, I enter several lines of items that I owe for each job they complete. How do I print out this detail so I can give them a copy with the check?

I work for a company where we have 1099 contractors who do consulting work. These contractors send my company a monthly invoice and detailed spreadsheet showing any expenses incurred (travel, meals, etc.) for their contracting jobs. My work then has to pay the contractor and then also bill the firm who hired that contractor. My question is- how do I mark an expense as billable and reimbursable if the original expense is not incurred by my company? I need to take the specific expenses and somehow track them as reimbursable to the contractor as well as billable to the client/firm.
We have a cleared check from a reconciliation in 2023 that is wrong, we need to delete/void that check and redo it. My question is, is there a way to adjust one reconciliation, say from June 2023, without it affecting all the following reconciliations? If I void the old check, how do I insert the new "correct" check in it's place so that old reconciliation remains in balance?
We break out our deposits with multiple line items in order to record revenue to various classes. The line items will post to the correct revenue accounts by class for the income statements. But the system does not adjust the asset accounts in the same way. The asset accounts do not change on the balance sheet after recording a deposit. I want to pull a system balance sheet by class, but it's never balanced because of this discrepancy. Does anyone know why these ledger items are not posting to the asset accounts and what I can do to solve the problem? thanks.
We keep having issues with the new layout. Some of the issues:- the feature to copy estimate to PO is MISSING (who removes a feature with an upgrade?)- Now we see the "display name" of a company being treated as a first and last name, which we did not input. When we create invoices, the company name now simply shows twice, is there any way to fix this? we cannot manually edit hundreds of customers- the invoices page is not showing, if I click on 'overdue invoices' from the overview it redirects me to 'https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/invoices', and there I get the message that "the page is missing", to check invoices I have to go straight to the invoice through the customer's page. Needless to say, we need to revert ot the old one, but given the instability of the whole thing I'm really worried to do so and break something else. could you kindly provide us with a detailed list of everything that will be affected by a revert to the old layout so we can make sure

There are Products and Services and now there are Category lists. What happened to the Item List? What has replaced it?
I recently closed a business and proceeded to donate some assets (that were treated as de minimis when acquired). Included were desks, chairs, printer, etc. I have seen community questions about how to treat in-kind donations from the charities perspective but I can't make the leap as to how to do this as the donor. We have established the FMV of these items but am not sure how to record the FMV as part of an accounting transaction. Because of the de minimis approach, the original cost has already been expensed. We need to have a vendor delivery the same thing on a regularly scheduled basis until the end of the year and we need a blanket purchase order to do this.
Our customers are suddenly not able to see payment options to pay by credit card on their invoices. QBO phone and chat help has NoT been helpful at all!

I would like to be able to view multiple transactions at the same time. For example, I would like to be able to compare an invoice with a vendor's bill without having to flip back and forth. Is there any way to do this? Thank you?
I used Quickbooks 2016 Desktop until recently. When I would run a financial report, I could click on one of the line items, and QB would present the detail behind it. For example, in a P&L report, if I clicked on Sales, I could see a list of the customer deposits that made up the Sales. I finally purchased QB 2021 Desktop this year. However, the new version doesn't seem to have this very convenient feature, or I can't figure how to use it if is still available. Thank you for your help.
Is there a way to run the A/R Aging by Class? I am using QB online for Contractors.
I've downloaded a custom template for Invoices from QB online. There is a field in the heading for Project name. The field is not typically wide enough for the data that I have entered for my projects. The data is truncated, with "..." appended to the end. I would like this field to wrap to the next line, and have expanded the box on the template to allow it to do so, with the data does not wrap. Is there a mwans to get these data fields to wrap when the content of the field exceeds the width of the box allowed for them?
My invoices contain the same information for the most part, but logo and letter font are different depending on how I generate the invoice.
Occasionally, when a vendor issues us a credit memo, we decide to receive payment in cash rather than applying the credit towards a current or future open invoice. When we receive the credit memo we enter it in QBO. If we, subsequently receive a check from the vendor in the amount of the CM, in depositing the check how do we apply it to the credit memo in order the close it?
