I want to use prepayments from sales orders and Quickbooks 2024 Desktop Enterprise says, "Prepayment is unavailable as you're using multiple currencies". the only reason we upgraded to 2024 was to get the prepayments enhancements.
Text message is received. but says "invoice is ready: null"
I have had my clients pay me and my bank account is linked to my account. I’m just looking to deposit funds which don’t need to be instant deposits.
I have received a payment that is stuck in review. What does this mean?
Thus I'm unable to bill for the expense.
How do upgrade my subscription
It’s been taking me an extra 10-15 min at each customer because i don’t know if they have an easier way of making invoices
So I'm currently reconciling my debit or checking account. I see payments made to credit card whether it's same bank or other bank. If I'm also looking at my credit card feeds, basically how do I match it so that I don't double expense it or double record cash coming out. Example. Checking account:Payment to Chase Credit Card $5000 Credit Card:Purchase 1: 2000 (expense)Purchase 2: 2000 (expense)Purchase 3: 1000 (Misc) In the example above, how do I record the chase credit card payment cash coming out of my bank and then when I look at credit card feed, I can appropriately expense it? Which way is the easiest

After migrating from Desktop to QBO, many customer statements contain journal entries. Has anyone encountered this? Hoping there is an obvious fix or a way to exclude these entries. I appreciate any help.

Contractors receive an onboarding link, and are offered a 30-day free QB online trial. The implication is they'll need to pay after 30-days. This doesn't seem right, as I'm paying to be able to payout to them.
Wanting to pay a NSF and can't get a collection agent to call back
When going through who owes me money on my app in the phone I pull up invoices and I can find them easily. But when I open it it always shows address and no phone number. So I have to leave and look them up via customers to make a phone call
I was told the payment was supposed to be deposited today and it wasn’t
We are using QB POS 19 for store management, inventory and ALL sales / invoices, etc. I just upgraded to QB Premier Plus 2024 desktop ( via an Intuit agent walking me through it all ) Well since then (5/21) not a single receipt or invoice will transfer on the financial update. Customer updates, and other things will transfer, but not the $$ information. This is what I NEED. I can't even make a bank deposit or see invoices. Its put me at an absolute halt financially. Has anyone found a fix to this? Could it be possible that I need to re-establish the connection between POS and the "new " premier ? Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated. 🙂
the way my invoice looks has changed and customer balances are not on there invoice.
