I am using QBO Advanced. How do I create a report in the new reports layout for all transactions created on a single day of my choosing? We have a "robot" that creates and enters bills/invoices for us and sometimes it does not send them all to QBO. Sometimes it does not send over all the invoices and I need to pull a report to compare side by side to the report from our "robot". We used to be able to used the audit log. However it does not work very well or at all for what I need because I cannot filter it to only be bills/invoices. Please send help.
What is the journal entry to post an SBA loan that was inherited from the previous owner? The business was recently purchased and the loan is payable to the previous owner because they had no luck switching the loan to the current biz owner's name. I've been paying vendors on QB for years without problem. Lately, when I open a new Bill, it doesn't fit on my laptop (Macbook Air) screen. I have to scroll across, which adds time to my tasks. How and why did this happen, and how can I fix it?
Looking for simplest way to do a physical count of inventory using QB. Our business has 10 inventory locations and each location has bins within the location. Some of these locations have hundreds of bins within their sites. We sell juice that is stored in containers and stashed away on a shelves with a specific numbering system. Because there are so many bin locations within these sites (around 500 total) QB doesn't seem to do a good job with cycle count filtering. I am unable to filter a cycle count with bin locations. Our bins are numbered in order so a physical inventory count includes beginning with 1-A-1, 1-A-2, 1-A-3 and so on. It seems the only filtering that can be done in the cycle count is by item alphabetically. This is no help. I need to be able to do cycle counts starting from A-Z rather than going item to item within 500 bin locations and constantly scrambling back and forth within the inventory location to find each
How can I sort by quantity on Sales by Product/Service Summary? I need it to show best to least seller by quantity and nothing I do will work. I've even tried to export it and do it manually on an excel sheet and I can't do it on that either because of an error about merged cells. Nothing works. Any Suggestions?

In my invoice, I include a custom field for a property address. As I am looking at my payment records I can not tie the payment records with the property address as it is in the invoice when we create it. Any one has a way to do this?
Good Morning, I am looking for guidance surrounding linked Bank Deposits and undeposited funds. I use a POS named Rain POS. They integrate with QBO, I am unable to change any of the mapping that they are sending into my books. When a sale is made here is the entry, this also creates a Sales Receipt in QBO. Undeposited Funds xx.xx Merchandise Sales xx.xx Sales Tax xx.xx When the bank deposit uploads into the account automatically, the entries, by default, have an action of Transfer. I don't use this because I am not transferring between banking accounts. When I try to Match the only thing that pulls up are Invoices, which doesn't work. If I was to categorize the sale to Sales of Product Income that doesn't touch Undeposited Funds. I am stuck at what I need to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Is not a matter of recent clients or anything I can see. There is only 3 of 42 contacts for customers in the customers list of my mobile app. All contacts are available from online portal.
Would anyone know how to stop a qbo file to download as pdf? we are selecting to export as QBO file however when it download on our downloads folder it shows up as a PFD. how can I solve this?
We started getting these random errors today, while trying to create products, Bills and Invoices via API. This is a known issue and has been for at least months according to QB posts. Something to do with too many customers which sounds like they can't scale to handle the volume of API transactions so everything errors out. I am basically going out of business with no way to get this escalated, they have no real escalation process that works. Please advise if anyone knows anyone senior at Intuit I can call before I get an attorney involved while I watch my business crumble before my eyes.
Since the forced update I cannot access invoices via iPhones or iPads. We are basically at a standstill with the business and using FreshBooks and exploring alternative software. We pay too much for the constant issues
We are looking into ways to do an ARR cohort analysis and CAC / LTV calculations using data in our QBO instance. Does anyone have any tips to build these reports? Are there any good plugins that can make this process less painful?

I'm attempting to enter a journal entry with Spreadsheet Sync but I received an error "Account cannot be left empty" for 149 rows of 400+ rows. The account is not empty, I have tried to delete and re-enter but still receive the error.
The exclusion of inactive customers/jobs seems random from one report to another, and I don't see a filter setting that allows inclusion or exclusion of results according to Customer/Job inactive/active status. What am I missing? Thanks.
Hello! I have 200 inventory items with landed costs in QuickBooks desktop and 100 customers, many of which have custom price levels. I am seeking a report that can show me margins for all items with all custom price levels. Does this exist? Thank you in advance!
