Hello there, I have a Project manager I want to give access to see job costing in QB Contractor and I have gotten the Profitability report to match everything mine shows minus the actual wages of the labor workers. It tells me I need to give him "View Access under paychecks" but I do not want to this because then he will have access to all employees paychecks. Is there any work around to this?
Hello there,I need to remove memo field information from the customer statement in QuickBooks online, currently all memo related information from invoices and payments are being shown on customer statement which is confidential and for in house reference kindly share how I can remove memo details from customer statement.Thank you in advance.
New QB online subscription. Trying to set up employees but keep getting error message that the social security number is already in use by another employee. No employees have been set up yet.
I have a notary signing service with notaries all over the country. Title companies pay me to have my notaries do real estate closings for them. I also, personally do real estate closings for those same title companies. Signing service payments are tied to a specifice invoice. Personal signings are not invoice driven. Usually I receive separate checks for personal signings and signing service signings. Occasionally the payments are combined. How do I record them when the payments are combined?
I have expenses that are paid automatically via credit card and I am a little confused with the proper way to enter the bills.I have the credit card linked to quickbooks so I can categorize them as they come in. Is it recommended to enter the bill for the expense paid via credit card as well (concurrently with the imported transaction)? I'd also like to start recording the credit card bill when it arrives in a statement, but I am unsure of how quickbooks treats a credit card bill since the transactions within the credit card statement are already recorded. For example:I pay for insurance via a credit card automaticallyQuickbooks brings imports the transaction automaticallyThe insurance company sends me a bill which I think I should record as a bill (I think I've seen the option to match the transaction to this?)The credit card company sends me a monthly bill that includes the insurance bill (how do I record this bill and make sure I am not double paying the insurance bill)
Are we allowed only a certain number of payment transactions monthly?
We are not able to link quickbook payments to deposit transactions in bank. When we go to the invoice its says paid, however when the exact transaction comes up under our bank account for categorization we cannot link the transaction to the quickbooks payment as the invoice has already been completed.

Hi everyone! I just stared a freelance landscape design business to earn some additional income. I am using Quickbooks Self-Employed. I have formed a single owner LLC and opened a dedicated business back account for all business income and expenses and to track the amount of quarterly tax owed for what I generate (Which I have linked to my QB Self-Employed Account. My question is how do I go about making my Owners Draw in QB Self-Employed to pay myself for the work and how would I go about entering that in so I do not affect the quarterly taxes owed? (I will be using Zelle to make a payment from the business account mobile app to my separate personal account with a different bank) Thank you so much for your help!
I am using the basic Quickbooks online
