In my other business checking accounts the funds are available the next day. Is there a way to speed this process up at no cost?
Called in on 10/2/24 and was told 3 different things by 2 people. One told me it will take 4 weeks to process back to the customer. Another said we can open the account back and process the funds...This is absurd, will not be moving forward with QB after this year.

When I create an invoice, there is a field/box showing up called Location of Sale. Where do I go to edit the address that is appearing in this field?
When I try to sign the I-9 form for a new employee, it is prefilled with the wrong address for the company. Some how it got changed to the work location of an employee that lives out of state. So, in setting up that other out of state employee, we managed to change the company address used to fill in the I-9 to her work location. I have talked to two agents who looked everywhere in my company settings and we can not see where to fix this.
My customers lost their home to Helene and these scumbags are holding there money so I can't help them.
Good morning, recently I have one of my best employees accidentally use the company card for a personal charge. He quickly realized his error contacted me and said he would send me a check to cover that one charge on his credit card. My question is how would you handle this in QuickBooks. Should I create an invoice for that one charge to the employee? Should I create a different account for accidental reimbursements or something? Does this become an accounts receivable ? At the end of the day I do not want it to show up as income and in theory it will just wash out the charge and have no effect on any reporting. Just having a hard time wrapping my head around how to make this correction/entry. Thanks

The average price listed is significantly higher than what I believe it should be based on my actual costs. I'm needing to copy my company file to my new company. The old company has a ton of old data in there so I'm not sure the best way to go about this. I would like to start with January 1 of this year as the new start date. Is this even possible? I've talked to 5 different customer service representatives and they all tell me different ways of doing this or apparently don't know how to do it. The last one I spoke with today had me go to backup and try to copy the entire file (which might me the only way). But I got an error and it didn't copy. I've attached the error I got. I'm at a loss on what to do. I'm about to delete the new company and subscription and start the tedious task of clean up of 20 years of data for the old company. Thank you to anyone who can help!

how do I split a transaction by amount?
I have a large property management company that I need to bill them but break it down by property. We were billing each property individually, but now I will bill the parent company and they will bill each prroperties budget. So I need to be able to create an invoice and say property A received these products for these indiviuals and the cost. Then the same for property B and C and so forth. The current order is for 7 properties. I aksed Quickbooks they told me to make a suggestion and maybe they will make a future update. I can't imagine that someone hasn't created a custom invoice that can do this or has figured out a way to accomplish this, without having to bill each as a sub-company. Is anyone aware if QuickBooks Online Tags are available in the schema of the Power BI connector? I have an Essentials version of QBs and it allows me to add Tags and Tag Groups to my invoices. However, I have scoured the availalbe tables in Power BI and have been unable to find any reference to the Tags I created. This is very sad as the primary point of these tags is to support our business analytics. There is one report in QBs that allows me to filter on the Tags that have been created (Transaction List by Tag Group) . Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
We rent a property from a landlord, and the landlord has us pay the property taxes on the property. Would that payment be categorized as part of the rent we pay or would we categorize it separately as "Property Tax Expense"?
It's been two years. How can I find out whether this invoice was paid or not? I don't see this invoice in my QuickBooks.
