I am looking for a payment app for QBO that accepts US Credit Cards. I found Freedom Merchants. It seems pricey, but does anyone have any helpful reviews/suggestions?

Are there other apps in Canada that accept US Cards I can be pointed towards instead?

On the qbo help page it says that estimates can be accepted or declined in the email, however the only way to get this is to go on web, copy link post in email then accep

I dont get why its not working. It can only be accepted if i go on browser and copy link and add to email then they have to click a link which is ugly in an email. Do they not have a clean look like the invoicing button to pay?Cheap and free books are able to produce and clean look. How does a paid service not?Debaiting on canceling and swapping to zohobooks

Invoice emails not sending

Email addresses are correct. Even tried to send one to myself to double check. Everything come back with delivery error. I also did not get emails from qbo about auto payroll which I reviever every other week automatically

QBO - If I want to prepare an invoice in advance can I set it automatically send on a specfic date? Is this what delayed charge is for in new transactions?

I don't want recurring because it is only a one time appointment.  But if that is the only way to do it I guess I could put the end date the next day....

When updating a customer address, all previous transactions are changing (billing address on old invoices are missing the company name).

Updating the customer address, at one point in time it should not affect the past transactions (prior the change of the billing address).   It is not changing only the address but the name of the company is disappearing completely from the billing address, on old transactions/invoices.

Can you fix the issue with my snap receipt?

Receipt snap function stopped working. When I tried to create expense it’s showing that “Create expenseValidation failed: Were sorry, QuickBooks encountered an error while calculating tax. Try reselecting the tax rate or reentering the product/service item and saving the form again.”
