Hello! We have a vendor who is having issues replying to our Quickbooks purchase order emails in their email client. We run Quickbooks 2020 and have no issues replying to the proper email in our gmail system. However, the vendor says the recipient doesn't swap to the correct email address, so they just reply to the quickbooks@intuit email address. Is there something that we can do to fix this or is this something that is on the recipients side and cannot be fixed?
Hi,We're trying to upgrade our credit card details, but the page requires county (can't update credit card details without it).We have been using QuickBooks UK for many years for our company, which is based in South Africa and we don't have UK address.There is no option to leave county blank.Please advise on method to update payment details.ThanksRob
How to sign up with an address in Channel Islands? This option is not available on the drop down menu when choosing county.

Or should they be MX records? Why is there so many? Why isn't there a QuickBooks SPF record?
The QB UK Platform needs to have a "Downgrade" or "Change My Plan" feature urgently introduced.It's been available for over 1.5 year on the QB US platform and I can't understand why it hasn't been ported over.QB need to understand that small business change over time and hence don't need to pay for additional subscriptions and services when they are not required.I'm currently wasting money on a QB Plus subscription when I only require QB Essentials.I might as well completely cancel and go to another provider.Disappointing.

I'm using the OAuth2 flow to login into a third party app. However after logging in (and still on the QBO authentication screen) I cannot continue if I don't setup "Payments". This screen is still on QBO for the avoidance of doubt, not from the third party application
Hi, I have just gone self-employed and have been using the trial version, however when I now try to subscribe to the self employed package - i get an error message 'Oops! Your order was unsuccessful.' I have tried two different bank accounts and both direct debit & debit card options and all fail. After an hour on the phone this afternoon I was passed from one person to another none of who could answer and solve my question. Can someone please help - my trial ends tomorrow and I don't want to have to enter everything again if i can help it. Many Thanks - T
I have around 150 licenses (accountant billed) I always get into a muddle when I am trying to allocate one to a client. Can someone guide me on the process please? If I go to edit it seems to take me to a set up menu then asks for a subscription and I have a terrible job getting back to my practice!
