I have only a few employees and use accounts payable for their payments but I haven't been tracking their job costing. I want to know if I go back to say January 1 and make changes to these bills which have been paid will this cause any problems for reconciliations or unattach payments. I'm not changing the amount of the bill, for example instead of $500 to wages it would be split into two amounts $200 and $300 but now I'm entering the job to each.

The Standard user has "ALL" Selected. This gives access control to change account, change GST accounts, Payroll accounts GST rates etc. How to restrict that access but still be able to process payroll run, print checks, run GST reports, and all relevant financial reports.

I got signed up for the 18 months free offer for QuickBooks Self Employed after I filed my taxes with Turbo Tax but never received any confirmation email. It say I "own" QuickBooks SE but in the subscription area of my account there are no subscriptions. And when I go to the mobile app, it immediately says that my subscription "is expired". And when I go to sign in to my web login, it says "fetching data" with a loading bar. It's been fetching the data for the past 3 hours... Does anyone know how to resolve this or contact support to look into it? Thanks,Shawn
is there a way through adding a user the manage user function that each users entries are identified ie Bob enters gas receipts today and Gord enters them tomorrow, if each user signs on with their own password as their own user profile is there a way to see who entered which receipts?
This is long... Years ago I created my own TurboTax and Mint accounts. I began doing some bookkeeping and when we switched from desktop to online, we used my personal email for quickbooks online. Now all my Intuit products were linked by my personal email. I have now left that bookkeeping job and we updated the user account. However, I still receive emails with items like billing invoices paid, updates to policy terms and receive surveys of "how did we do?" whenever the new bookkeeper calls quickbooks. I am also locked out of my turbotax and mint accounts b/c the password has changed. How can I unlink my email from this business account? I do not want to delete any important data. I can go back to the new bookkeeper (I've done this multiple times) and she assures me that my email is not listed anywhere on quickbooks online. So if it is up to the new user, I need to give detailed instructions on how to remove me. Is this something that can happen? Surely we can
