So, I have a couple questions/scenarios that I want to understand how to do..1st scenario - I have a bill for HVAC work on our building.. I put the bill in QBO as a bill.. The company paid for part of that bill so I recorded it in QBO as being 1/2 paid by the company via the company bank account.. The other half was paid by owner/employee.. How would I record that being paid by owner as Im going to reimburse him soon?2nd scenario - Same as above except he will be paying for part of the invoice and several other items that we will not be able to pay in a short period of time...Thanks

The former bookkeeper for a client of mine has two-factor turned on with her phone and email and is no longer reachable. I have the regular log-in information and am able to access through accountant version. We need to be able to directly sign in but can't because of the old two-factor information. I was told this phone/email is separate from what we have added as contact information. Does the form to change phone affect this two-factor phone number and if not, what is our next step?

I'm working with a new company profile, operations started in July 2021. Fiscal year is 6/1 - 5/31. The fiscal year was not set in the account settings, so QBO automatically updated Retained Earnings on 1/1/22. I updated the fiscal year, but it appears that RE adjustment isn't updated. Now, the balance sheet for the true fiscal year end is wrong, beacsue it has this partial-year retained earning line. How can I adjust this to get an accurate balnce sheet?
I am trying to remove a former employee as an admin from QB who resigned from the company. How do I contact QB team directly so that they would help. Or if possible, is there a suggestion of how I can upgrade to admin and remove him.
Hello, I use qb online version but in the last month I was not able to connect to the main page, so I was not able to use it at all. So I (healthcare provider) have a customer (health insurance) with multiple jobs (patients). We create invoices for items charged to the job. We receive payments from the customer for multiple invoices referenced to the job. After completing an audit, the insurance company decided to deny payment of certain items charged to multiple patients, that have already been paid by the customer. What is the best way to issue a refund to a customer for multiple items, that were sent under multiple invoices under different jobs? Can I issue one single refund check to the one customer instead of multiple refund checks per different customer jobs that I created the credit / refund memo? If I issue one check to a customer, can I reference the dates, items, and job with the amount that was refunded?
