I changed the business name over a year ago and it shows the new business name in my account settings but the old business name still shows up on these invoice payment receipt emails from QB.

I see Sales by Member Summary in the reports availability but not Sales by Member Detail.
We are using QB Premier nonprofit.Up to now, we've been fortunate to have all our equipment we use donated to us, so I usually enter the equipment donations in the general journal as Donations in Kind. We recently purchased a steam cleaner - our first equipment purchase.How do I enter it into QB. Do I use a general journal entry? Do I simply enter it as an expense under supplies?Thanks

I recorded an invoice in November. When I recorded the “Receive Payments” in the Customer tab I did not include the associated job for that customer. Now this payment does not appear in the Customer section or in cash. Where is it? When I select “See History” in the original invoice it shows that amount as being received from that customer, but not the job. My balance for this customer is 0, but where is the payment? I obviously need to delete it and then rerecord it including the job.
I'm almost ready to quit QBO over their glitchy program and completely wrong forecasting.
We are switching to Honeybooks CRM and Quickbooks online. I was wondering how the integration works. Does the CRM force Quickbooks to setup clients and projects or do I have to set those up before the integration?

Okay, back in May 20222 I responded to the threats that my desktop QB would no longer be supported and I needed to upgrade to QBO. I was told that Essentials would be sufficient. I was billed and that product was not sufficient. The answer was to upgrade and get the full support for conversion The conversion scattered my data over years of data and would show up as unpaid bills from years ago. Old unused credits were not deletable and popped up unexpectedly while trying to pay current bills. Support lacked the knowledge to help me.. Upgrade again was the answer. The "cleanup crew timed out and I lost contact. Was billed again and assigned a new team that failed to complete. Assigned a new support group that is trying to close for the last three months. Here it is December and I'm still waiting. Some good CPA's scattered across the country are involved but dont seem to have the time or focus to work on my books. Monthly billing works perfectly? Where do I go to get help???
Hello thereI do not seem to have the Categories option available under Account & Settings/Advance in order to Turn on classes. I understand this is required to be activated in order for us to get P&L by various departments/classes. Could you urgently assist? ThanksSavita
We started using QuickBooks at the beginning of 2001, but we have customers that date back much further than that. How do I put in the original start date for these customer? It would be nice to use QuickBooks for this information when doing credit check inquiries versus having to pull their physical file.
I am creating a demo of using a customer/Job to report on an annual fashion show but having some trouble with the detail job costing report. I have created 4 invoices and the income show up but I created 6 bills going to a gl called Special Events, they only show in total at the bottom as "No Items". If I drill down, I get the line item detail but what am I not doing to get this to show on the detail job cost report itself?Thanks

a few days ago, when i logged into quickbooks online, all 20 of my client accounts i had permission for were there. now, tonight, when i log in, only one company is there. i had one of my client send me a new invite but that is not working. what am i doing wrong? thanks
I have a client who has not paid their billing for their monthly subscription for QB online & Payroll and not returning messages. I can see that they are still using their QB daily. Is there a way to me to pause their access until they pay their bill?
