When I go to Edit my credit card number to pay the annual payroll fee, I complete the information and click on Continue. Nothing happens.
I need a detailed trial balance report that shows the debit and credit for each transaction for a specified date range. Is this available? I am not seeing this and cannot seem to get the Transaction Detail by Account report to work in this manner either.
I have a real estate business set up in Quickbooks online and am depreciating two rental properties using monthly journal entries that credit the asset building account and debit the depreciation expense account. When I reviewed the Standard Report, Statements of Cash Flows, the Depreciation showed up in the Cash Flow from Investing Activities section. Every accounting/finance reference I found mentions that depreciation should be in the Cash Flow from Operating Activities so I’m wondering 1) if my references are correct and 2) how do I update my journal entries or even chart of accounts to ensure the depreciation appears in the Cash Flow from Operating activities section of the Statement of Cash Flows?
I have borrowed money from mom and dad in my LLC . They want to gift the allowable non taxable amount of $16,000 each to reduce the loan amount in my llc . Which accounts get debited and credited . Right now the loan from them sits as a liability in my quickbooks account.

There doesn’t seem to be a very easy way to migrate QuickBooks 2017 Premier contractor to QuickBooks online. I’m guessing the program is so old that the standard migration procedures are not supported? Is there a way to migrate this version?
I added a few bookmarks on my quickbooks online. When I sign out and come back to sign in, they disappear. Is it supposed to be in this way?
The company I work for is currently using QuickBooks Premier Contractor Edition 2019 and our license expires at the end of the month. I know there have been changes to the various editions of QB and we are confused as to what version we need to switch to. We tried the QB Online a couple years ago but it didn't have the industry specific features we need. From what I can tell, the Contractor Edition is now going to be in the "Enterprise" version. Is this correct? Also, I've gotten notices about "Service Discontinuations" and am unclear as to what that means for us.We are a very small company and do not use online banking. We also do our own payroll using QB Desktop. Will we be able to do our own payroll with the "Enterprise" Contractor Edition? Can someone please help clarify which edition is best for contractors and what features we will no longer be able to use?
This is too much since I only use the desktop to print invoices ( 12-15/yr ). My business will phase out in 6-8 mths and the cost by QB to fx is way to high, what to do?

Income statement? Where is it?
I have a thousand transactions in more than one Bank Feed to enter into the appropriate registers. Each transaction needs to be pegged to an account in the Chart of Accounts. Doing this one by one will take weeks. Is there another way to proceed?
We could create a report and manually scroll through the list of classes and select the relevant classes, but that is not practical. Ideally we would have a group that a class could be assigned to. or if we could have text based filter, for example, include all class names that include the word "rental" and then click "Select All" for the result of that filter? Or more a more technical solution could be to create a memorized report and then use the API to add / remove classes from that memorized report? Thanks!
I bought in Sept. 2021. Now I am getting a message that I must renew my subscription or lose access to my Quickbooks Desktop Pro. I do not want to use the ONLINE version, is this message talking about a SUPPORT SUBSCRIPTION that came with my Sept 2021 purchase? Also, I seem to have used an OLD email address that no longer have access to. and in Account Management I only see the older purchases of 2014 or 2016, not my LAST year purchase, who can help me, can I CALL Intuit?
Is there a way to show transferred funds (between two bank accounts) as income? If not, is there a way to show "transfers" on the Statement of Activity Report? Thank you
