Lately when I open QB I get a window asking how I should sign in. It provides an email for the Admin, but it's not mine. I've been through all of the postings and google searches I can find but none addresses changing that to me (as I am the Admin for the account). I can't change it in the USER list and most of the other suggestions reference the web application. this is very annoying JPC
When I go to send an invoice via email (either web mail or outlook) the pdf version of the invoice doesn't have the outline or our company logo in the top right corner. It will do the same thing if I click save > save as pdf. The pdf will not have the outlines. However if I print the invoice it will have the outlines. I have double checked my file>printer set up> do not print lines around each field. And it is not selected. I have updated quickbooks as well as my computer. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
What is a good QuickBooks replacement? Zoho Books?
I upgraded before my accountant sent back his edited accountant's copy and now it won't update the changes. How can I get the changes into Quickbooks?

We have the outgoing admin, and we have the incoming admin. For a time, the outgoing admin will need admin access to the platform, but while the incoming admin learns the ropes, that person also needs admin access. We tried to give the login credentials of the outgoing admin to the incoming admin. When the incoming admin tries to use the UserID of the outgoing admin, the system always brings up the Create a New Account screen. It won't recognize the UserID. It will recognize the UserID on the outgoing admin's computer. What is going on here that the incoming admin cannot use the outgoing admin's UserID? Thank you.
This is for the online account management - camps.intuit.com. I have tried inviting using 2 different email addresses for the person, they have tried accepting the link through firefox and safari both in private mode and regular. The link has not expired. They are clicking the link within minutes of it being sent. I am able to log in with no issues (obviously since I'm generating the link). ETA - They have also tried using different wifi networks.
I have multiple sales reps and want to run gross profit reports for each of them. We set up a Sales Rep field under custom fields for each client.
We are a family entertainment center with mini golf, go karts, paddle sports, etc. Everything is walk-on. We used Square the first year and got phenomenal reports out of it. We could see what hour of the day was most profitable, when our valleys were, what products sold the best, etc. —all in a line graph. Is this anything I can get out of QB or is it only a typical sales report that I need an Excel wizard to convert?
Everything is wrong. The totals are incorrect and the report does not give the 4 answers to what my sales tax agency needs. I am NO accountant, but this is wrong!
Does QuickBooks Online close temporary accounts without recording the amounts into an Income Summary Account? ...OR...Do I need to create an income summary account in QBO? Thanks, QuickBook's Community Members, for all your feedback and advice. It is greatly appreciated. :)
I currently have a QB self employed account. I use Vagaro for my business. It tracks all my income. Vagaro gives the option to link with QB. Can I link my current self employed QB to Vagaro? ORShould I cancel my self employed QB and start over through Vagaro?
