Online instructions indicate this should be available under reports but it is not there.
In business since 2017. I want to save GL and other reports to a hard drive.
I use qbo Payroll online and Quickbooks for Mac Desktop version.
We're having a sale. I would like to send out a mass email to my customers from quick books online. I need to export emails from QuickBooks to excel.

In QB Online, the Truist Business Card Online link resolves to truist.com and this is incorrect. The link should resolve to https://truist.fdecs.com/eCustService/
On my dashboard, it shows PAID but in the 'payment portal' where I can go to reports, transactions etc, I don't know how to transfer funds.
Need to get in my account please!
I go to file open company and at the bottom it says set number of companies but the print is dim and it does nothing when I click on it.

Greetings!I hope someone can help with this. I’ve checked on the forum and even consulted with our accountant. It seems like there should be a fairly simple way to coordinate this, but I seem to be missing it. We currently have QB Desktop Pro 2020. I have used QB for 20 years and need your help!Background info: I work for a computer reseller with approx. 250 active customers. We sell to the public, to schools and government. We are trying to find a way to ‘connect’ customer’s PO’s to the vendor’s invoices to confirm the customer has been billed for the order. We do NOT keep an inventory of products: upon receipt of the customer's PO (could be for computers, monitors, ink/toner, parts--we also build and repair custom units, etc), we order merchandise. Upon delivery of merchandise to customer we invoice them. Due to gov’t/school pricing contracts, the exact same item can cost the public one price, gov’t/schools a different price. I’ve tried doing as ‘jobs’
It makes the report look very cluttered and not professional. If I want to look better I have to go through and delete which is very time consuming

I chose nonprofit for the Business type when I set up our company, but I need to change it to "other". I need to know how to get back to the company page I created.
I am having the worst time updating my banking information! My phone was hacked and so I needed a new phone number. Then my bank account got hacked so I needed a new bank account. When i tried to update the bank account information it said it needed to verify everything with MY OLD PHONE NUMBER that was hacked, even though it was updated to my new one in my account information. Then, I went to update my phone in the banking section and it said in order to change my phone number i needed to verify my new phone number with my old phone number 🤷🏽♀️ What in the world!! I just want to pay my employees and it’s not very easy to get help on this. Any suggestions? I’ve spent far too much time on this already and it makes no sense at all.

Good day All,I am running Quickbooks 2021 Desktop for Mac (using Parallel 17). My office is set up as a PC/Windows workgroup, with the company file on a specific computer on the network. All of the PC's share the file as multi user. When I try to open the company file in quickbooks, through the shared folder from the QB File computer (Mac location: network name and folder location added through Devices/Shared Folder/Add), I get the following error: "A device attached to the system is not functioning." I have disabled all firewalls, Windows and Mac and do not have any virus software running, temporarily. Please help. Thank you
