We have a new financial secretary and we need to add her to our Quickbook account so she can get into our files
I just started with Quickbooks today.I need to get my 2021 expenses determined. When I set up, it loaded one month but I need to input the last year if possible.Can this be done? What do I need to do. Pulling things from my credit card statement and my check book and some receipts. Can I input from the past year even though I didn't have Quickbooks last year?Any quick help is much appreciated! Thanks!! I have Quickbooks online!
the report w/in QBO lists the appropriate details, but the export to excel feature only lists the vendors, not the totals for said vendors... correspondingly, the export to pdf lists both vendor and totals properly.
My banking info isn't updating as its only showing transactions that happened 3 months ago, this app isn't working for me and when I tried to go online e it still didn't work

I paid a supplier in 2020 for an item and paid taxes on the income received in 2020. The item was returned to the supplier yet the supplier did not return the amount paid until 2021. How do I categorize a reimbursement received in 2021 where taxes for income were paid for that item in 2020?
The representative advised me the way to remove 2-step verification from my account is to delete my user. The 2-step verification, was not removed, because once the master admin added my email back, I was still asked to call the number I set. I was informed that in all this process the information will not be lost. But login back in, I lost 30 custom reports. How do I recover them back?
I am so frustrated. I've been paying QB since Nov 2021 for self-employed and was advised by an accountant to upgrade my account to Online in Aug 2021. My first quarter and second quarter had already been looked at by my accountant and categorized. I finally had the chance to sit down to reconcile everything from the last two quarters and to my surprise EVERYTHING from Jan 2021 - July 2021 is GONE!!! I am a realtor so all the miles I documented for traveling are GONE! All my commissions paid to me before August are GONE! I need to send out 1099 forms but all that information is now GONE! I paid all last year for services why would 7 months worth of transactions disappear? I need this fixed ASAP

I was informed if a client had Quickbooks live in the past you will never be able to transfer billing to client, is there a solution for this
