Our scheduled daily reports are arriving at 1AM when we're closed and there's no data for the day yet. I've looked everywhere inside settings, there is no way to specify the time at which reports are to be sent. Please advise.

When I try to login it says "you already have a company open" When I click again it closes. I need to use my product!

I called Intuit to purchase QuickBooks Desktop at the end of 2019. The woman on the phone offered me a special deal where I would have access to support, etc. for a year, only $199. I asked her if I would have access to QuickBooks Desktop after the year is over. She assured me I would. After a year goes by I am locked out of QuickBooks. I call them. They tell me that I purchased a subscription and it expired. I told them that is not what I wanted and that there salesperson lied. So then the person tells me they don't sell QuickBooks Desktop for $199. They force me to pay another $199 to get QuickBooks Desktop. They give me a new license number. Another year goes buy. My computer crashes. In November 2021, I contact QuickBooks to get my license & product number because the ones I have written down are from my original purchase and won't work when I try to install QuickBooks desktop. I spend over 10 hours on the phone with different support people. I give them all of my information.

I banked with BBT and they merged with truist. When they merged, I had to sign into new accounts. Now all my transactions are split into 2 different main checking accounts creating a world of chaos. I don't know how to begin fixing it. I can't even tell which account should be the (now) checking because QB's just randomly assigns transactions to each account.
I have both QB desktop Accountant, and QB Online. My new client has QB desktop. Can they grant me access to log into their QB remotely?
I have 2 businesses, each with their own bank account and credit card. I'd like to have 2 Quickbooks Self Employed accounts to track each (and keep them separate). Ideally, with the same username where I can switch between accounts easily. Bonus would allow me to switch back and forth on my iPhone (where I track milage).
I was unable to pay for my previous subscription due to some credit card issue. I thought that I have to renew my subscription by buying it again. But instead when I did that I bought an extra subscription and all the data is still in my previous one. I wanted to to only renew the one I already have. Now my credit issue is resolved and I was able to pay for my previous subscription. I have applied for refund for my second subscription. Will I qualify to get a refund??? What will happen now?
