Recently told by a rep that I should go online to re-subscribe, and every time I think the process has completed I get an email saying my subscription is cancelled and money is returned. Even the reps can't figure it out and it's been a week since I heard back from anyone over there after it was 'escalated'.

I have "fixed" the issues a couple times from deleting the app from the husbands iPhone (the subscription is through his apple account) and reinstalling it. But that is no longer working. I am about to be done and go to another software

2) the qbo has an extension of (2021) on the company file name. How to resolve the issues?
I'm not sure why I am paying so much for a program that doesn't have a mileage report or ability to export. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? I am hoping I am just not seeing how to accomplish this task.
An office user mistakenly added a job to an existing customer. We don't use jobs. When I try to delete the job, there is a warning"You cannot delete an item that has subitems. Delete or move the subitems first."See attached screenshot attachedThe customer (and now the job) has a number of invoices and payments. Are these the subitems? If I delete these for the job, will they be deleted for the customer as well - which I don't want to do?I would be happy merging the two but I have not been able to get that to work. If an Account is higher than the amount which was deposited into that account, How do I find out why?
I have several reports that are grouped by member (our internal name for 'customers'). Over time, members who have left are inactivated in quickbooks, but continue to show up in my reports! I don't want to have to explicitly select members because I have many reports and would have to update each one whenever a new member joins or a member leaves. I would prefer that QBO *omit* inactive members by default, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
I upgraded from QB Pro 2017 Desktop to Online, but now need 2022 Enterprise Desktop version. Cai I apply what I already paid for Online subscription and pay the difference to get 2022 Enterprise Desktop version?

It throws of the in Quickbooks balance on each account. Since the payment sent transaction from the checking account matches the payment received transaction in the main user credit card, it reduces the In Quickbooks balance by that full amount. Problem is all the other users associated with that credit card, don't get reduced to $0 and the main user goes negative by that amount.Is this a limitation of QBO and will I have to make a journal account entry to zero those numbers out each month?
My wife and I are starting a short term rental business with 3 units (no employees), and are looking for most appropriate Quickbooks program? Need to tie in with Air B&B and VRBO, along with our bank and accountant -- tracking expenses and revenues ---but won't need payroll applications.
This happens in my bank register and when i am trying to reconcile. am afraid of deleting the wrong entry. Can something be done to stop this from happening?
