I purchased a small retail business for cash. How do I expense the funds I used to pay for it and do I issue a 1099-MISC to the person I purchased it from?
My boss paid on the company credit card an amount out of his own pocket. The money did not come out of the company so now I don't know how to reconcile the cc statement because there is a payment on the card that was not run through the company. How do I reconcile this cc now?
But, how do I do this with QBO? There are no sales orders.

Both in Chrome and Safari, Payroll Settings ( https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/payrollsettings ) is unavailable and fails to load for 2-3 min, if at all. Once it does, both Chrome and Safari (latest versions) offer the following error: Error in extras bootstrap [TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'window.logger.child')]

QBO chart of account management. Merging accounts is awful! any way to stop chart from refreshing back to the very top instead of returning to line I was on? Make sense? QBO is just awfulI have over 600 accounts I am trying to clean up.
Last year I had to upgrade to the 2019 QuickBooks version, after paying for the one time upgrade fee , I was a bit surprised when recently I started receiving emails about paying for the renewal , when I called last years upgrade to the latest version of QB I explained to the sales person , that I only use QB to create estimates and to generate invoices , very simple process for me, never had call for technical support , not sure why they sold me this version of QB that requires a yearly renewal fee? I was never made aware of this before, I had no choice upgraded to the latest version of QB last year ... now in about a month I have to pay again a one time fee of almost $300.00 to continue to use QB , not sure if their sales associates get a bigger commission when they place this yearly subscription plans ? Or I was just misinformed? After my phone call today besides canceling the membership auto renewal appears that I had no other choice than pay for
I need to get help from an expert at QB. Every agent I chat with gives me a different subscription and charges me different amounts...within the same year. I need to stop paying more and more money. Nobody ever says the same thing, and I feel like they just keep taking more money and nobody ever backs up what the previous agent promised me. I need to write a letter with all the facts and charges in chronological order. Nobody can give me an address to send it to or a phone number to talk to someone in charge.
I spent time on phone with QBO support, they were unable to locate the file and it would not save to my Google Drive.
every line item is marked "taxable". Report will show I collected say $10 instead of the $25 I did collect.
I have a client who received funds thru customer payments but did not us make deposits when making the deposit, therefore his undeposited funds is too high. Also he didnt always use reciever payments so his AR is too high. How do I clear this up without having to redo every transaction?
I was required to create a new pay-per month account- ok, fine- but I need 3 years worth of data transferred to the new acct from QB SB ASAP. Help!!
Plus there is no option to contact QBO staff by phone or via chat.
I'm using QB Premier 2021 Nonprofit edition. When creating new accounts, it has a button labeled "Select from Examples." Sometimes it's not enabled when I want to use it for ideas, so I was wondering if there is a list of the same examples somewhere else?
