Our old primary admin has strangely been switched back to our primary admin after months of strange events happening. We have her log in information, but she set up 2 step authorization which is linked to our landline that had a pre recording. So when they call to give the link, QB robot thinks our robot is a human and gives a code to no one. The only way to turn off 2 step, from what I know, is to login as primary admin. How on earth do we log into primary admin without the 2 step authorization access. I feel like I'm in, or have been, in the twilight zone with this company for months now.

The link bank account is asking for my online banking login information. How can I keep my other accounts private? Will I need open an account at another bank?
I am very new to this. On the profit and loss report it shows total income of $190,000, expenses of $167,000, net income of $21,000. Then on balance report it shows owners pay and personal expenses of $60,000. Is this saying the total income was $250k, expenses were $167k, owner was paid $60k, and there is $21k profit for the business?

Is it possible to create a "view only" user in QB Online? I want this person to be able to see everything, but not to make entries or change anything. Thanks!
For weeks, I have been unable to sign to my QB account. I have had to rely on an employee to issue purchase orders and invoices for my company. when i go thru the sign in page, i am directed to a page with the address app.qbo.intuit.com. this page is blank. customer support requires that i login to access them. What am i to do for customer support if i am unable to sign in? My level of frustration is a 20 on a scale of 1-10.

I have my bank account linked to QBO. A direct deposit was made to my bank however it did not show up in quickbooks or I possibly voided it by accident. I want to know how I can account for this payment. I tried to simply use the "deposit" to account for it but the money still does not show up in banking section for review. I need to somehow "add the money" so I can then match it to the invoice.
