The unbilled charges report is customized and clients that are checked with charges are not showing up. How do you fix this?

I have Sales Rep in Custom Fields in the Sales tab, but doesn't show up on the Income by Customer as an additional customization.
I have only 4 menu options to the left of the screen: Payroll, Reports, Payroll Tax, My Accountant. After using intuit for 12 years with ZERO issues, I'm about to cancel this subscription and start over somewhere else. It's incredibly frustrating and unnecessary. I never asked to be "upgraded"!!!
