I see where I can export to PDF when I'm manually generating the custom report. I don't see any option to select file type when setting up the scheduled workflow to email the report. My custom report doesn't send the same data when it is excel vs pdf. So the excel default that is sent in the automatic email workflow is not correct. Only the PDF type captures all the line items for my custom report. An alternative would be to fix the excel version to actually capture all the line items so that it reports the same data as the PDF does.
I have the PAP Premier Software Bundle which includes QB Accountant Desktop 2024. I can not figure out how to find the the license number for this product. I have logged into CAMPS and I see nothing there: QB Online Accountant/QB Online. Nothing... Why QB?????
when using a phone, the products category can be found on ALL but on the mobile tablet, there is not direct access to my full company data of products
"You can't add QB Simple Start to your existing subscription" is the error I receive.

I just got a new laptop with Windows 11. I purchased an external DVD drive so I could install my Quickbooks Pro 2009 on my new laptop. I did a backup of my company files onto a flash drive, but here is the problem I'm having. I kept QB Pro 2009 updated on my old laptop so it's running an updated version, and after installing it on my new laptop, it's not allowing me to update. When I try to restore my company files, I get an error saying that I need to update this program to the same version running on my old laptop before I can do the company restore. When I try to update I'm getting error codes on all updates (12007 and 12029). I never backed up anything on QB online and don't have access to that original account since the email I signed up on is long gone. It also says that I could go back to a backup file that is prior to the update, but I'm sure it would have been years ago since Intuit is no longer providing support for this product. 
I have been using my personal email address to log into both my personal items (Turbo Tax) and the companies that I am part owner of. I have a new work email address that I would like to use for all the companies while leaving my personal email address for personal items like Turbo Tax. Is there an easy way to do this?

After successfully logging into camps.intuit.com, I went to the View Your Payment History. When I chose the latest QB invoice to view details, it gives me "Something went wrong - Error: Network error: Response not successful: Received status code 400". I had thought it was a downed system, but it continues for 48 hours. I used to be able to print my QB invoices to upload to Expensify, and now I can't. What is wrong with the system? I tried to use incognito mode, but I still get the same error. Waiting for your solution. Thank you.
It will only allow me to use a cellular number so I receive a text or a call. But at the moment, I am only able to receive emails.
primary admin no longer with company. How do I delete primary admin
I have been trying to change our primary admin since 10/2023. I have spoken with and chatted with Intuit too many times to count. I have been given the run around with every possible excuse. On 1/16/24 I asked for a supervisor and was denied. I'm at a loss on what to do.
After several attempts at sending the invitation, my accountant insists she is still unable to access my account. I'm not sure what to do next. I'm stuck here.

Frustrated!! No customer service email, no replies allowed to your communication, Overcharged, no refund. QBO does not CARE!
The expenses and bills do reduce my bank register properly. Just not reducing Class Report properly.
