Please can you advise when the Barclays bank connection service will be up and running. It has failed since 29th May 2020 and although the message says you are trying to fix it, nothing is happening and I need to use it for month end processes?
As I import transactions from each of my bank and credit card accounts, QuickBooks online presents me with many transactions to view where the only choice to be made to match it is what date it occurred. Most times, it is the same date as the transaction itself. Why can't QBO figure this out and not have me do all this extra useless work?
Last week, my Natwest Bank feed stopped sending my usual balance which included an overdraft with a minus figure which reconciled perfectly with my QBO. To now showing my available balance which is a plus figure. This has created quite an imbalance with the bank feed Vs my reconciled transactions and balances in QBO. How and why did this change suddenly happen? How can I fix it? I dont want Natwest to send my available balance on the back feed, I need it to show my actual balance so I can reconcile with QBO. I have already tried disconnecting the account and reconnecting a number of times. No change.
Quickbooks tells me I have to re connect my bank accounts every 90 days, every time I try to re-authorise, it almost succeeds in doing so until an error message comes up saying page expired, even though it's been like 2 seconds since I pressed enter on my information. I've tried multiple times over the past couple of weeks and no joy. Natwest say it's nothing to do with them as I can log into my Natwest accounts just fine, it's to do with the Quickbooks software.
