We have two bank accounts. Several checks were printed using the wrong bank account and the checks have already cleared under the wrong account. Is there a way to move them to the correct account?
Hello Everyone; I would like to know if anyone is experiencing banking connections with Huntington bank? Every time I login to my account and/or my clients, QuickBooks is requiring that the bank account be reconnected. I'm not understanding. I work on my clients bank reconciliations at odd times and they are not always accessible to reconnect the account for me when I'm ready to work on it. I told my clients that once they connect the account even if they change the password I would still be connected to perform the bank reconciliations and that's not the case. Is this normal? If not what can I to correct this problem? Below is the message I continue to get even after I have the client reconnect the banking account to QuickBooks.
I would like to keep it on the same account, but in different profiles,
I can not send out 12099s if I do not have this missing information so Im in a time crunch as the 28th will be here fast HELP!!!

how to manually add your bank account
Not all my bank transactions are transferring to QB. It seems to be randomly choosing transactions to transfer over. Many are missing. How do I fix the problem?
Does anyone know how I can get around this, is it a glitch? Has anyone been able to transfer an entire year of Amazon business purchases?
example, previously a $10 paypal payment received results in split transaction with $9.31 net and $.69 fee, total $10. Now, when adding the transaction, the posted transaction looks like a $8.62 net with $0.69 fee, total $9.31. QB is subtracting the $0.69 paypal fee twice. This is new behavior, it never did this before. It is clearly a QB bug that appeared some time in mid December. Please advise.
Need to have business credit card automatically update/download transaction on QB online account
I imported my banking transactions this morning and bill payments are showing as uncategorized income. I have searched online for a way to correct this and also asked for a callback from QBO with no response. Anyone else having this issue after the maintenance QBO did last night? Any input on how to fix this? I have tried deleting and reimporting and just for the heck of it added it and it's showing as a deposit. Appreciate any help with this.
my mobile deposit check from last week is still not cleared and im wondering why. it’s 2024 it really should be instant. but this long is not workable
I get an error OL-222. These have worked fine until I updated today. I know that QB2020 desktop (mac) is no longer supported, but cannot understand why I cannot even manually import a qbo file from my hard-drive. If the update forced my software to no longer import my own documents (qbo), am I able to downgrade to the previous version using my Time Machine backup (mac)?
My company uses quickbooks enterprise desktop version right now and were going to swtich to advanced and I want to keep all my data. What steps would I need to take to transfer everything over and ensure that it goes smoothly.
Hi there - I have to cards for one AMEX account. The secondary account received significant credits for november, leaving it with a negative -200.23 balance. The primary account does not have a credit, however, but a small balance. Typically when I reconcile, I create a new credit card credit and roll up the secondary amount to the primary. I then reconcile the secondary with a 0 starting balance and the primary is reconciled normally with the added amount from the secondary. Now that the secondary account is starting at -200.23, I don't know how to roll this up to the primary. QB shows my primary is now off by -200.23 and my secondary is starting next month with a -200.23 balance. How should I fix this?

How to pull the money sent to account
I'm beside myself with this: When the bank imports zelle's as 'transfers', there is no way to set up a rule and have it go to a P&L income account. WHY, WHY, WHY IS THIS SET UP THIS WAY? Either give us the option import zelle's as deposits, so rules can be set up to automatically apply to the correct income, or allow us to set up rules using transfers to an income account. Doesn't seem like a hard thing to do?
I am having this filter problem and on top of that I found out about this problem in the app because when I try to enter my mileage for a trip, I had two presets that I always use; supply purchase or customer site visit. The problem is, quickbooks feels the need to change the examples at random times and I needed to double check what I put so it is an exact match. It didn’t used to do this but now it has taken them away multiple times in the past two months. I’m so sick of quickbooks for doing things like this. These small issues, when put together with all of the other small issues make this app/program SOOOO frustrating to use.
I just entered 10 transactions wrong because why would I think they default to 11 months in the future for a bank transaction I am entering?
