Today I found a bank transaction of last year was changed, the figure was changed.But our bank accounts were linked to our bank, so the numbers of bank account are not entered manually. And the attachment shows origin figure. I am the only person who can use QBO. How can I find the cause of the error?
I have "added funds from a bank account" in the description and I am seeing duplicate transactions unless I categorize it right. Should I select transfer or categorize -to what?

The reconciliation box (that includes ending balance) is freezing up and won’t let me continue. I’m using the Mac version. I am unable to close the program. Any help would be appreciated!

Our company recently added a new CC to an existing company CC account. When I try to add it in QBO it gives me an error message. I see instructions for merging the two accounts in QB destop - unlink from bank and name second account the same as first. Then it seems QB will prompt you to merge the accounts. QBO has downloaded the same transaction to different credit cards; has downloaded transactions to the wrong credit card. There are over 1,000 transactions that are wrong. Called help and spoke to Hailey (she could not provide any other identification) or told me there was no solution.
Let us talk about this mythical attaching Bank Statements to Bank Reconciliations. Before I start I am going to put a in guidelines of what I want to figure out. I want to be able to at minimum attach bank statements to bank reconciliations. I do not care about how some supported bank can automatically download bank statements to quick books for you. I want to be able to long in and click and drag over a PDF of the bank statement and attach it to the bank reconciliation like I can attach any image to any other transaction in QBO. I am figuring this out on QBOA at first so I would have a version that supports this. I have Clients at Plus who would like to use this as well. As I understand Plus and above can get this function. However I am honestly baffled as to why such a basic function would be pay walled. One of the main benefits of QBO is that it acts as a cloud storage for supporting documentation. My point of sale transfers automatically to QB Online but so does the bank. I have a lot of duplicate transactions that are uncleared. There are 2 bank accounts 1 is a cash account and one is a checking account and they are showing in both so if I remove it from the checking account then it adds it to the cash account and throws the cash account off. How do I remove them without them transferring into another account?

Hello,I have PayPal linked to QBO, and I often change the categorization method on PayPal deposits from the Sales Receipt option to the Deposit option, and then categorize as desired. Now when I choose the Deposit option, it gives me the following error message "Select and Account for this Transaction". An account is selected. This error popped up about a week ago, was crossing my fingers it would resolve but it didn't.
When I attempted to set up the Bank Feeds in QB Enterprise, after I entered my bank login ID I received the following message: Invalid customer ID. Customer ID can only contain alpha numeric characters. My bank ID ends with a #, and that works fine on the bank's website. But somehow QB will not accept it. Is there a way around that issue outside of me having to create a new bank ID?
Hello, I recently decided to switch to QB Desktop Pro after using Online for the 2022 tax year and becoming frustrated with the performance and lack of control. However, while both my bank accounts and PayPal are both capable of Direct Connect (transaction autosync) with Online, neither seem to be working with Desktop? The Bank-Feed Setup wizard only brings up Web-Connect with my main bank and PayPal EWC does not even attempt to connect, but they both allow transactions to be automatically downloaded. With my bank I'm at minimal able to download a QBO file and manually update the last 6-months of transactions, but PayPal just doesn't seem to work withou me needing to pay ANOTHER company for a function that seems like it should be available with what was $600/yr software? What am I missing and who do I talk to about getting Desktop to work with these basic features? Thank you,Kevin at ReMag Airsoft LLC
I have called customer services that they put me on hold 4 to 5 minutes each time. It looks like they are researching how to fix it too.
Just signed up for the checking feature. Also do I need to put funds into an "envelope" to get APY?
