I've manually refreshed and I am still missing statements. I know how to handle when it's a "regular" bank account. But the QBO checking account isn't the same.
Since mid-March 2022 all transactions downloaded from Charles Schwab are having 1 day earlier date than bank online history and bank statements.For example, I initiated a wire transfer on Monday, July 31st, it is showing July 31st on the bank website. but when refreshing the connected account in quickbooks online it is showing Sunday, July 30th as the transaction date. It is not a transaction/posted date issue as on Sunday neither the bank nor myself knew that the wire transfer would be initiated on Monday. So Sunday's date lack's any logical reason.To ensure the error does not come from the bank I subscribed to https://www.banktivity.com/. The connected Schwab accounts in their software are showing the correct date matching the bank's online history.
It seems as if one cannot use their American Express account credentials to sync their new Business Checking account with QuickBooks.

When I do the bank transaction the check column is not present. There is no way that I can put the ck no or if possible the ck no should appear at the start of the Bank Transaction.

Unable to sync my business QB online with my BCB Community Bank account. It used to sync but now it doesn't. All of my BCB bank login information is correct. Any suggestions?
In my QuickBooks Online Bank Register all of my dates are one day back from what I entered. This just became an issue today with an update they made. Dates in reporting are accurate.
is it possible to have a singular bank account linked to singular project in QBO? If not, how would you select how payments are made/received if multiple accounts are available within a given QBO project?
A lot of my bank transactions started uploading to my register without my interaction. This was not an issue until pretty recently. The problem is that we have three restaurants and all these transactions need to be assigned to specific accounts. Does anyone know why this would happen or how to correct the problem?

My MAC QBs was updated on 8-10-22, I don"t use online QBs, now when I go to write a check it auto fills the amount of the last check I wrote to a supplier, so I have to make sure I highlight and adjust the amount, is there a way to turn this new feature off ? Thank you for your help
The name of the shortcut went in as "https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/creditcardcredit"; shortcut window will not expand. Running QBO on my desktop not through a browser.
Hi! So, long story short, we run online stores for our customers, their clients pay for their products and then when the store closes we provide the customer with the total sales for their store minus shipping costs, production costs and fees and the remaining money is their profit. The problem arises when receiving the Stripe payouts, essentially our customer's clients are paying for these products and we received the money directly from them so there are no invoices to receive the money against, but we do get the money nevertheless and it has to be registered and reconciled. So my question is: How may I register these payouts? should I create a customer named Stripe and then create a mock invoice and close out when we get the payout? is there a way to register these deposits without an invoice or AR entry? Thanks

Has anyone figured a way to be able to download .qbo files into Desktop 2019, current version, without doing a subscription service? The program does everything I need it to do except that anymore. I just don't want to go back to manually loading in the transactions.
I logged in one credit card and they all have seperate login credentials. It's not letting me add more then one account. Only the one I've entered.
