I needed to delete an incorrect transaction; but it had already been reconciled. Now my bank beginning balance says it is out of balance. I tried re-entering the transaction, which balanced the beginning balance, but I really need if off the register/ deleted
How to set up Charts of Accounts with a LOC - a short term liability - and pay vendors from?
My bookkeeping finished reconciling my 2022 accounts, before my accountant was able to recieve this info I updated my accounts connection to quickbooks causing multiple issues which seem to have automatically rereconciled my accounts incorrectly. I'm wondering if there is an archive of saved reports that will allow me to recover the proper reconciliations.
I am new and have just figured out that I want to do my chart of accounts different than the way i started. I have no transactions. How do I start over?

Hi, Director of Company A used it's Current Account Debit Card to Pay Company B's Amex Bill by mistake. The accountant suggested to do an Intercompany Transfer to rectify the mistake, but gave no direction as to how to do this on Quickbooks Online. Please help! Thanks.
I use another small business banking/tax/accounting service called Wave Money, who is operating their banking services through Community Federal Savings Bank. Which bank do I try to connect to when importing transactions? Wave Money isn't on the "bank list," but I don't have a login/credentials for CFSB. Help

I have a U.S. account and bank and a Mexican bank account, but must manually enter all my transactions from Intercam Bank in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
I can see my deposit on hold but no email and nothing in resolution center also explaining the reason. Can someone help here with this?

Thank you in advance for your solutions. I have spoken to support several times for several hours over a years time and this QuickBooks bug still remains. Please help (-: PROBLEM: The American Express brilliant non-business credit card account is not uploading the transactions from the additional card holders on the same account. (Even when the card holders are listed as a sub accounts those sub accounts do not get automatically updated either. This was one suggested solution that didn’t work.) Currently, every month I have to manually enter all those transactions for the non-primary card holders. (FYI, My business American Express account works fine.).
I mistakenly did a funds transfer from Undeposited Funds to our bank account. I want to delete or void it, but I am getting this message... "You need to delete this entry from the deposit before you can delete the transaction itself, or edit its name or amount" Only it does not show up in my deposits. I can find the transactions in my Transaction Detail by Account, but I get the same message. How do I fix this?
