Hi, need some help. Updated to 2021 a few months ago and the bank feeds have worked fine. Today I wanted to do the same function, but the STMT wants to open an older version of QB not my 2021 on the desktop... like it has for a few months. Does anyone know how I can redirect it to open the current vs of QB that I'm using?
I have money in 2 envelopes in quickbooks checking account. One of them has not posted any interest for Nov 2022. When I call to enquire get the usual runaround from quickbooks and Greendot bank
Is the amount due the same as the beginning balance of the credit card? See attached. Also, is the reconciliation of credit cards done every month or yearly will work too? I can't them match as I am not sure if the beginning balance and ending balance that I'm using are correct and the ending date too. Thanks!
Hi, I recently re-sync, my QuickBooks and Shopify with onesaas. I am now having issues. The payouts are displaying in chart of accounts, but are not displaying in banking. Can someone please specify how I fix this?Please ask them specifically why payouts aren't| |displaying in the Banking.
Apparently AmEx no longer offers the ability to download QBO for Savings Accounts. Instead I downloaded a CSV. I was able to pull the information but ended up showing all transactions as deposits instead of transfers. I think this had to do with selecting 2 columns instead of 1 column for dollar amounts. I counted the balance as a column. Has anyone used this method and is the correct selection 1 column since money in and out (positive and negative) in the same column? It appears that this issue began on February 1. Has anyone tried a direct link from AmEx account. Worked OK?
I opened my account because it seemed very simple and easy to navigate. I was under the impression that mobile check deposit would be a perk of this account, but I do not have that option when I try to add funds. What am I missing or what do I need to do to be eligible?

While making some accounts inactive, I accidently deactivated our checking account. I reactivated the account but now it won't connect to the bank to download transactions.

QB Mac: I have a deposit that is definitely deposited in my account. Account is reconciled. However, is=t is still showing up in my undeposited payments. I'm afraid if i delete it, my bank account will not be in balance. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
Hi, after CC has been reconciled, QBO shows two options, check or bill. From historical transactions, it looks like neither option was used by the client. Does it mean that CC and Bank accounts are connected, if yes, will CC be on auto pay or I still need to perform a transfer from checking to CC to pay the credit card?
During checkbook reconciliation, monthly bank service charges are automatically being listed under the deposits list. If I delete them since they aren't deposits, it changes my beginning balance - which can't be manually changed back by me. Why would Quickbooks move those to the deposit column?

The payments are not coming to the account
As I am trying to fix my client Deposit account from Owners Equity to Undeposited Funds after I hit save the system show an error "Select a bank account for this deposit". As you can see in the attachment everything has been populated. I did a test just to see what happen in the system and choose AR instead of undeposited funds and the system allowed me to post. What options do I have because the account I need to use is deposited funds. Thanks!
I have funds in my main account (not on bank link with QB so all entries are manual) that I have transferred from another account to pay an invoice. So the funds are in the account. I want to use them to pay an invoice that is outstanding but can not work out how to link the payment that is already in the bank to the outstanding invoice without the income showing twice? HELP!!
Good day community team! Did anyone have the issue when refund to credit card for the cancelled purchase was added multiple times, the same amount is being added every day in quickbooks. It looks like some technical error. If someone had the same in the past, how did you guys resolve it? Thanks
Having both Mint for personal and Quickbooks for business seems to disrupt the automatic bank and credit card sync essential for both.
We are trying to link and sync our PenFed credit card to our Quickbooks Online account. It successfully connects but then only shows a savings account, not the credit card. Any tips or idea of how to resolve this would be much appreciated.
The Debtor in Possession went ahead and open a DIP Account at a DIP Bank. The Debtor subsequently set up the Operating, Payroll and Tax account in QuickBooks and connected all accounts to the DIP Bank.Few days later, the DIP Bank’s back office realized that the DIP Account was not correctly set up as a DIP Account and closed the DIP Account.The correct DIP Account was opened at the same DIP Bank, and Debtor went ahead and disconnect the incorrect account in QuickBooks and connect the NEW DIP Account in QuickBooks and link the transactions from the DIP Bank to QuickBooksThe Operating, Payroll and Tax Account has over $1000 in each account and yet QuickBooks is unable to withdraw funds from the Tax Account and kept the account on hold for three weeks now.What to do, can anyone help me resolve this or suggest other software
