Sync with square not working quit working 30 days ago WHY? How do I fix?
I recently updated my bank feeds to Bank of America-New as requested by Quickbooks. When i used to update my bank feeds it would say "Updated:Today" when i clicked the upper right hand refresh button. Now its almost like the refresh button does nothing because it continues to say ""Updated: 3 days ago" even though i updated it today. My transactions are also not matching automatically. I called support and they were no help and did not have any suggestions. Any one else having this issue?
I connected WooCommerce to QBO but the date range I can select doesn't go so far back. I need to pull in sales data from further back so my P&L would be accurate.
I’m new to QBO. My question will probably prove I’m a business owner not an accountant. I have my bank account setup to auto import all transactions. This imports all my deposits as income. On the opposite side of the coin I import all of my invoices from a 3rd party software. Both Invoices and bank deposits are showing as income and my deposits are showing as income. So my income statement is essentially doubled. How can I fix this?
Hi!Background of my question: we took over a company 5 years ago, but kept the QuickBooks account so that we would have all the customer history.Cleaned up/deleted stuff that was not ours stuff - bank/credit card/. (Maybe i should not have deleted??)all was good.then we decided to go from desktop to online.then months later…all of a sudden a deposit from 2016 shows up in my customer’s file.it was from a deposit in a bank account that i have deleted (ugh)So,1. I cannot delete this deposit since it is in a bank account that i had deleted2. I would like to make a deposit to this customer’s account now3. QB will only let me use the credit the customer now has in their account4. Was thinking i could do a journal entry - but now sure what accounts to credit/debit??? And post date to before we took over (8/1/17) any suggestions??? Help please!Thank you!!susie
The transactions appear perfectly for 7months, and then from 7/5/21-12/5/21 nothing shows up, and then it continues normally from 12/5 on. Any ideas?
QB On line is a rip off. if you do property management for clients and have 15 to 20 separate account you will end up paying intuit all you made for property management plus some on the top. QB On line is not cheap. beside it doesn't have the bells and whistles that QB desk top has. I have been using QB since 1992. that is 30 years. It was a good software but now the business manager of Intuit has decided to make more money by milking people on an On-Line version which not good either. The management is missing a crucial point and that is customer satisfaction. They have walked away from it few years ago by increasing costs and producing a mediocre product on line.There is an enigma in converting CVS Files to QBO format. There is some independent convertor, but none is really good.I hope this communication gets to higher ups in Intuit to make or create versions people can use. An employee's payroll check cleared for the wrong amount. When the bank made the correction, it now shows up as 2 separate transactions. How do I attach both transactions to his payroll check so I can reconcile?
We run a business in Brazil and looking at setting up a new LLC, with business bank accounts at "BB Americas" (Banco do Brazil Americas).Our idea is to streamline all our bookkeeping + payments + banking through Quickbooks USA version.I have been looking for a list of US banks that Quickbooks USA supports, but I can't locate a list specific for USA.My questions are:1. Does Quickbooks Online sync with BB Americas, for bookkeeping?2. Does Quickbooks Payments sync with BB Americas, for online payment of invoices created by Quickbooks?3. Are there any known issues between Quickbooks and BB Americas that I need to be aware of?I am happy to form the LLC, setup the business bank accounts, pay for a Quickbooks USA subscription, and have Quickbooks Payments process our invoices, but I simply want to know if the whole setup is seemless and it just works....Sidenote: we are a Brazilian/German and an Australian, both resident in Brazil. I'm trying to reconnect my bank accounts after my bank merged with another The sign in asks for Sign in asks for three items:Company IDUser IDPassword. Where do I find the "Company ID"? I don't recall being asked for this with other accounts.
how do you arrange items on reconcile page?
I put in the Jan. 1, 2021 and used that starting balance but QBO will not accept this an says I need to fix it. Must I go back to 2018? I don't have the time to do that.
How can I fix this. I made the original account inactive but all the transactions still show in profit loss readings etc
Hello,When matching the banking deposit to the transactions it's creating a debit & credit under the bank g/l account -Once I see the deposit I determine which transactions match to the deposit, select transactions and save.Not sure why its creating both entries.Ive attached a pdf
