My bank feed is not updating. It keeps saying "Something's not quite right. We could not update your accounts right now. Please try again later."I was having this issue yesterday and it finally updated once last night but it's doing the same thing again today. It won't update. I've tried clearing the cache, opening in a private window and cannot get it to update again. Is anyone else having issues with their bank feed not updating in QBs Online?
Hello I have my business checking pluss (4454)-3 and my BBVA acounts. The bank I use changed from BBVA to PNC bank awhile ago. These accounts are actually the same business account only the BBVA dates back further than the PNC. How would I merge the two together to have a fluid account between the two?

So I have an existing business in QBD which I've had for 12 or so years...bank with Chase and the feed works fine, it asks for my "PIN/Password" when I connect, I give it the website password (20+ char long) and there we go. Now I have a new business venture I am starting up. Just like my other one it's a single member LLC but this one won't likely get the S-Corp status...anyway, I have created a new company in QBD, no biggie all good. Go to set up the bank feed, pick JP Morgan Chase, and it wants "social security number" ugh I guess that's because of the LLC single member thing but nope I have an EIN for it, just like the other business...should take that since that is how the bank account is set up. Then it asks for "PIN", which I enter again the website password. Yes Chase has both of the accounts under one login. Next it pops up and says that Chase says I have to change the PIN/Password...ok, I kinda doubt that but whatever...next window it prese
I am working with company who started a new bank account in 2020. Their operations are messy to say the least but I'm only hired to clean up after they do the daily operations. I had the bank account in question reconciled through the YE 2020, but the staff at company had added their own expense entries hitting that bank account, billing customers from the expense entries. So I went through and using the register changed the R from my entries to theirs one by one. I have done this many times with this company so that's nothing new and I know exactly how to do it. The problem is that all of a sudden my "starting balance" was off according to QBO. I checked the historical reconciliation reports and the changes made section in particular. The changes all offset each other as I intended. I still got the error. In the past I've seen this but when you just hit Reconcile anyway those R entries equal out and you can reconcile with the correct starting balance, but this time the star

I need to know how to record a bank account closure. We are a non-profit so we have various income accounts in our chart of accounts, along with several banking accounts (checking and savings). We needed to close one of our bank accounts.The bank closed the account by writing our company a check. We then deposited that check into another financial account.I am not able to do a direct transfer, because the new deposit needs to go into the bank account and then into a specified income account.The account we are closing is the transaction that I am having a difficult time with. I can obviously issue the check to our company, as the bank did (which is my credit entry), however I do not know what to use for my debit entry....usually we would use an expense account. This is not going to work in this circumstance. Therefore I am unsure what chart of account item that I would need to use in order to ensure our accounts will balance.If you have any informatio

Hi there. I have tried looking for a way to find deposits other than using the "Previous" or "Next" buttons in QB Desktop but all that's coming up is for Online. There are some deposits that we're looking for that go back to May and June. Surely there is an easier way to search for single deposits than tons of clicking on the "Previous" button in Desktop to get to the necessary date. Thank you in advance!

QB is uploading my personal account transactions, and not the business account transactions it is linked to. This happened a few months ago, and I was able to fix it, but I can’t remember how I did it. I’ve unlinked, linked again several times, and keep getting the same results. I bank with Regions, and I have the online default, mobile default, and Quickbooks default checked for the business account.
I want to continue using QuickBook desktop using QuickBook online as a backup.
