Hello, I just signed up for Quickbooks and activated my payments. I opted for manual entry when selecting a bank account for deposits and was told I'd receive 2 micro deposits. I had just received my deposits but now I do not know where I go to verify the deposits. Can anyone help me?
The first bank/credit care feed popped up automatically when I went to Banking. I can't seem to bring up anymore?

I updated banking transactions but I'm still missing Jan - June.
I haven't had time to categorize transactions in a while. When I went to mark deposits for business income, I discovered that the account I deposit into (Schwab Bank) had no transactions after late may; none of the dozens of deposits made from 6/1 on are showing up in my transactions. When I looked at the accounts list, there was an error on the account saying that "We are having temporary problems accessing your account. Please wait a few hours and try again." When I click "refresh all," it flashes "Schwab Alliance blocks QuickBooks Self-Employed from connecting with them.Let them know you'd like to be able to connect QuickBooks Self-Employed. Meanwhile, you can add a different connection. (155A)" then reverts to the first error message. I went to my settings in schwab and discovered that there was a setting blocking third party access there; I reset that to allow intuit access, then went to reload QBSE. No change. The transaction date on it is my statement closing date. Should i just delete it each month
I recently transferred to Quickbooks online. I'm trying to reconcile for the first time. When in the reconciliation I see my transactions but I don't see a column that I put a checkmark in when reviewing transactions. Where do I find this column?
I had this issue with QB for Mac 2019 and was hoping it was fixed for 2022. I reinstalled the software so many times that I think I wore a hole in my hard drive in that location (joking but I did reinstall it almost every single time I tried to reconcile). This is completely unacceptable. Does anyone have suggestions? The unlimited support from QB is closed today and I can't even request a callback. Wonderful, wonderful customer service...

I have tried using the Truist Online banking connection as well and I cannot get my transactions to come across. Is anyone else having issues with Truist and QBO? When I speak to support at QBO they literally run me around and don't give me any answers.

I had my chart of accounts and everything set up with Live Bookkeeping for 2019. Then everything was fine but when I try to now upload my credit card transactions from 2020 then somewhy all the transactions are displayed oppositely. I upload the transactions to my credit card account but all my credit card expneses are displayed as CC-Credit and all credit card refunds are displayed as Expenses. Yes, I understand that the credit card transactions work "in an opposite way" to checking account but that is not the issue at the moment. I still have the last year's .csv file for credit card payments and the +/- values were the same then as well..
Hello, We recently switched to QuickBooks and I'm creating journal entries to apply rent payments from the bank transaction activity for the past 6 months. I've run into an issue where an overpayment(credit) is made and I recorded as a bank deposit. But I can't apply the extra bank deposit to the next months rent journal entry while applying the new banking transaction, how can I add the extra payments to the next journal entry?
