Everything else balances with the exception of this $50. difference.
After I download transactions from the bank and save them, I try to import them and they don't show up. Actually, the checking account doesn't show up in Bank Feeds anymore, but the other accounts do--the ones I also download that import just fine, such as AMEX and the other bank.
Can I add a customer deposit manually as the payment was accidentally deleted?

Between 1/29/2022 - 4/19/2022, $92,500 in payments were received for "QuickBooks Customer" and we have no clue where this came from. All the receipt numbers say "RECON" with no customer name except "QuickBooks Customer". The only thing that is different is the last four of the credit card number on the payment. I believe these are duplicate payments but how to you confirm that since all I have is the last for of the card # and the amount. Is there a report I can run that shows last four card #'s; amount; and who the actual customer is to verify that they are duplicate payments?? We process credit card payments through Intuit Merchant Services and I'm thinking there was a glitch in QB that created duplicate payments.
Is it possible in QB Online that when we void a check, that it prompts for a Void Date? The desk top version used to prompt for a void date and you could decide but the Online version reverses the entry based on the original check date. We would prefer the void to be the current date, leaving history for prior months alone. For example, you write a check in May but it is returned to you in July, we would like the void date to be July so funds are added back in real time. Anyone have a solution to this?

I have 3 transactions (all reconciled) that I need to change, but I can't figure out how to do it. I tried unreconciling everything from the point of the mistake, so I could just redo those reconciliations, but is that possible? Does someone know how to get this cleared up?
I have been dealing with this for over 3 weeks now. I have called in countless times and spoken to countless reps and no one has been able to resolve my issues for me. I have had quickbooks desktop for many years, currently using quickbooks desktop pro 2020 and decided I needed to upgrade to the online version. Thus began the process of converting which is where my problems began. Long story short quickbooks online was a disaster for me. Nothing went over "seamlessly", I had constant issues, none of my totals were matching up, etc. So, I am going back to desktop, at least until the end of the year, and then I will start fresh (hopefully) in quickbooks online starting January 1. So, my question is, how do I connect my merchant services account to my qb desktop? I have called in and followed all directions given to me by the reps and no one has been able to successfully re-connect my merchant services account back to my desktop. A month ago, something changed and now I cannot make a "New Bank Deposit" into any other account type than "Bank". How do I made a deposit into "Other Current Assets?"
We have two bank accounts and we recently closed one of them. Shortly after we closed the account, we got a check from the bank...I think it was for the interest for the month. We deposit the check to the current account. My question is how do I record this transaction on QuickBooks Online?Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello,When we receive money from customers, via check or cash, the payment is apply to the account and will stay in our undeposited funds account until a deposit it made to the bank. When we make a deposit, those funds are supposed to be taken out of the undeposited funds account and moved into the main account. The problem that I am seeing is the deposit is still sitting in the undeposited funds account which creates an issue with reconciling the bank accounts because the funds are not there. In order to fix this, we have to delete the deposit and re-deposit the funds. Am I missing a step or something?? This problem has been ongoing to I wanted to see how to fix this. Thanks,
Hello, I've been having issues for some time now using Loan Manager in Quickbook Desktop Pro 2021. I am aware that newer versions will do away with the Loan Manager feature. I have also done many of the loan manager troubleshooting tips I have found here and elsewhere. Nothing seems to be working. I do have the Loan Manager option in the Banking Menu, however, when I open Loan Manager I get a blank screen with an error window that says (Web Browser>> Cannot find 'file:///C:Program%20Files%20(x86)/Common%20Files/Intuit/LoanMa... Make sure the path or Internet address is correct.) See attached. I've also gone in and double-checked some browser settings for the old Internet Explorer. My guess it has to do what an issue with the Web Browser in Quickbooks. The strange thing is that once in a while the loan manager opens up and I can see my Loans, but more regularly than not it doesn't work I get the error. If anyone has any additional things, I can
I have a credit on a customer's account that was entered in error. How do I permanently delete this credit. I have tried to get it deleted, but it tells me I must first delete it from the deposit, but I cannot find where that is.I'm using Quickbooks Desktop. Thank you for your help!

I have a credit card. Payments only post to the parent account which has a different last 4 digits. The subaccounts only show purchases and credits and there is not beginning or ending balance. The parent account has this information. The bank feed for the parent account only shows payments. The subaccounts only show purchases and credits back to CC. How do I reconcile?
I am new to quickbooks. I am using my iPad and the online quickbooks. I can’t seem to upload my bank statements in ‘manual upload transactions’. My business bank account does not support quickbooks for the moment so I need to manually upload the bank statements. I have been using GoodReader and I have tried pages with iPad but it won’t allow me to select the statements for upload. Are there any good apple apps for the iPad that could solve this and transfer the files to CSV, text etc to make them selectable and then uploadable?thanksAnthony
For a company that has numerous employees with company credit cards, & the credit card statement is connec is it possible for each employee to code their own credit card transactions to the proper accounts/division within Quick Books & then for the manager just to be able to approve?
