How to add reserve journal entry in Loans & Advances
Hello, i have quickbooks online, and there is a bug in my system that was duplicating multiple transactions which has messed up my reporting for EOY. Quickbooks wants me to signup for something thats 3 months of technical support and it costs approx $600. is there any other way to fox this? since its a cloud software, i have a hard time paying for 3 months of services to fix a problem that shouldn't have occurred.
Can you please help me with how I can record this transaction?The amount I need to book was $40, but there was an error somehow, so they withdrew $100 first and returned $60 a few days later.In the bank statement, there were only $100 and $60 transaction ($100-$60=$40), so there’s nowhere in the bank statement that indicates $40,but i still need to book for $100-$60 to make it $40 anyways.I also need to divide this $40 into different categories (utility, supply, etc).How can I record this correctly?Thank you,

When a client pays an invoice, it’s going to a QuickBooks account. How do I get it to go to my bank account, rhat I have linked instead?
This is a checking account and Quickbooks Desktop Mac shows the data correctly where quickbooks online does not. Also quicken shows the data correctly.
I do not have my bank account connected to QBO as of yet. I want to permanently delete an incorrect transaction that is causing my account to be out of balance. I can find it in the audit log but QBO will not allow me to make further changes. Any suggestions?
