I have the desktop version do I need to change to the online version? I got to tell you this is very frustrating not being able to importing a bank csv file..
How can I see all bank transactions for all of 2021?
Starting January 2022 my version of QuickBooks 2019 Pro Desktop (NOT ONLINE) seems to be using Chrome 84 as a browser, probably finally updating from IE however it breaks thingsIF anyone has solutions to below I would love to hear them: 1. I can longer use the RoboForm password manager in QuickBooks browser, apparently QB blocks 3rd party addons to the browser. I have to enter username and password for Banks that don't have direct Connect making entry difficult with complex passwords.2. When logging into bank and downloading QBO File it will only offer to save file, it won't auto open as in the past, better method is open bank site on external browser and download QBO files from there so they auto open in QB2019.3. RoboForm works everywhere else in QB2019, Logging into company, direct connect to credit cards etc, just not the browser. Which also makes 2 above work with RoboForm. I have used tool hub, no fix there. Software is up to date for QB2019 Pro. I am not upgradin
I'm having an issue with all the invoices that are paid by the customer via Quickbooks payments. Since the customer pays online, the Invoice is naturally marked as "PAID" and no longer has a balance. Then, the transaction (income) shows up in my Banking transactions for Review. The problem is that I don't have an invoice to match it to, since the invoice has already been paid. I also tried looking for a Deposit to match it to, but nothing comes up. If I just categorize the bank transaction as SALES, then I have duplicate income in my P&L (once from the payment received in the invoice and one from the bank transaction). How can I match these bank transactions to the respective invoices if they've already been paid? PLEASE HELP!
Wells Fargo updated their interface last week and I have been unable to connect since. Have confirmed credentials and tried private browser window (to avoid cached creds) to no avail. Any other tips?
How do I assign an account to transactions classified by square as "deposit adjustment"?
We have a customer payment that was imported from the bank feed and assigned to the wrong from account and not processed as a receive payment. This deposit has now been reconciled a couple of months ago and the invoice showing unpaid. Is it ok to change the from account to from accounts receivable and is there a way to mark this invoice as paid without screwing up the reconciliations ?
Quickbooks Desktop Premier 2021 After reconciling a bank account over 9 months, 4-5 previous months' transactions were deleted because they were coded wrong (deposits were coded as job incme versus a transfer from another account). These transactions were seemingly re-entered properly, but the Beginning Balance for reconciliation is now off by the exact total of these transactions. Help, I am driving myself crazy.
Can anyone confirm if it's possible to connect bank feeds to BlueVine (https://www.bluevine.com/) and Wise (TransferWise) (https://wise.com/us/) in QBDT Pro 2022? They work with QBO, but I want to move back to QBDT.
We converted to an LLC and had to open a new checking account. When we did this, the old account was closed and no longer would import transactions into quickbooks, so I disconnected the account. After I did that everything for that account disappeared from cash flow for last year. It's still in QuickBooks, but now my cash flow is blank until the new account was opened in October. How can I add the account in cash flow? I can't reconnect it, because it's a closed account. Thank you!
I have two bank accounts with the same bank. Account A is a client trust account and Account B is a main business account. On January 11, Quickbooks stopped connecting to my bank. I waited since usually this resolves in a few days. 16 days later, Quickbooks finally connected to my accounts again, but showed Account A's balance for Account B and vice versa. With great difficulty, I disconnected both accounts and reconnected them and they now show the correct balances, but Account A is downloading transactions from Account B. In the first round of correcting this, Account A downloaded all of its own transactions and also 22 Account B transactions. Account B downloaded 40 of of its own 41 transactions and no Account A transactions. So I excluded all the transactions downloaded erroneously into Account A from Account B and manually uploaded the one missing Account B transaction and let it go for a few more days. How do I deselect the choice to insert a class on every transaction?
Intuit says my account is not active. Intuit has taken out payments for Payroll services but I can not do payroll. Been waiting over 2 months for a resolve. I am NOT happy with Intuit.
