Hello, A month or so ago my bank got disconnected from the online banking API in quickbooks online. Now when I reconnect it I log in and it takes me through the steps to reconnect the account, however it creates a whole new chart of account with no option to connect to the existing chart of account. Is there a way to workaround this and merge them after the new account is created? Thanks.
Hi, my business has a primary America express and then a supplementary credit card (different numbers). As of right now I have them separated. I'm having problems with the transactions from the secondary card also showing on the primary card. Should I have added the second card as a sub account under the primary or can i record them as a transfer? I hope that makes sense! Thank you
The beg bal and the ending bal are the same with the bank statement. Even the deposits and payments are match with the bank statements.

Hi there, I just want to learn from other users in Canada who use PayPal to receive payment and pay expenses a lot: How do you, or what is the easiest way to connect Quickbooks to PayPal? I was trying to download IIF file from PayPal but PayPal only allows downloading completed payment. This won't help a lot in accounting. Thanks. Leo
When I try and link my account it asks for user Id and customer id, when I talk to the bank, they say use the personal bmo, which is not available as an option
I have two clients who are having issues with re-connecting their bank feeds, especially the MasterCards. Both of them bank with Servus Credit Union.
The qbo account is connected to the bank account, but the information feed/download is not working. What do I do?
