On employee pay stubs, Federal Tax withheld is $0.00. All employees claim "0" and are not exempt I have contacted you twice regarding this issue to no avail. Please advise.

hello,i have desktop quickbooks pro. i was setup as a sole proprietor. my accountant advised me to setup an LLC and make the s corporation election. i setup a new company in quickbooks for the LLC s corporation. i am the only employee. it seems to me that i have pay for quickbooks payroll to setup anything payroll related to pay myself? that costs $50 a month. am i missing that there is another way to setup payroll for just one person?
This is QB Desktop.My client does job costing in payroll. So in the payroll entry, there are fields for Customer:Job, Class, and Service Item. However, for some unknow reason, some of the employees do not show the Service Item! This is a mystery. All the employees have been set up the same. Does anyone know how to correct these few employees to show the Service Item field when entering the payroll?
After creating paychecks and submitting taxes due, our computer crashed. When recovered, the last check was missing and didn't get backed up before computer crash.How do I re-create the checks so W2's will be correct with employee salary and taxes with held WITHOUT showing I need to pay taxes, since the taxes were already submitted to IRS?

We have the essential plan & I have always had the option to add time. We just added the Payroll function & now I don't see the option to add time any longer. Why did the time tracking disappear? What can I do to fix this?
why is the contractors section of quickbooks not working?...its been 2 weeks and it still doesn't work...how do I pay my contractors???....has quickbooks turned it off?

I was e-paying Federal taxes every week without problems. 2 weeks ago it just stopped being an option. I have called QB twice and no one can figure out. It also looks like my bank account is in the chart of account 2 times.
We ran a July payroll as unscheduled in error, and when trying to delete it was posted instead. We now show a payroll in the Payroll "Pay Enployees" tab waiting for checks to be printed. Our payroll is all DD, but apparently in the unscheduled error the system assumed checks. The corrected payroll was ran to generate the DD payments to employees. ** How do we delete the first payroll that shows in the Create Paychecks in the Pay Employees tab? Did all the tax withholdings and deductions get generated that will require a separate correction process, or will deleting the payroll also eliminate all the associated calculations and deductions? Thanks in advance for any assistance in how to do this without creating more problems to fix.

I DON'T WANT TO USE THE "PAY" FEATURE OFFERED BECAUSE IT NOW GOES TO THE WRONG ACCT..AND I GOING TO HAVE TO DO A MANUAL ADJUSTMENT NOW EVERY WEEK..AND IF SO; WHERE DOES IT ADJUST TO?
My payment system wasn't working so I decided to send the employee their paycheck directly from my bank. If I simply deduct the amount already paid from the current payroll total, then it won't record the tax withholdings and sick days properly.

I've tried the QBO Payroll app several times and it doesn't allow me to change the payroll date. It's also very glitch as it kicks me out of the app multiple times.
When I completed my documents for my new employer, I am unable to sigh and finish the document as when I type my name and press save, I receive an error code saying “something’s not quite right”. My employer can see me in their system but how can I complete the document? I have tried multiple browsers as well as incognito mode. Please help.
