I have tried to run payroll, however TAX has already been deducted from most of our employees before any working hours have been entered. Has anyone else had this problem?
Just started using online payroll. Why does quickbook not remind me to pay HMRC employees tax?
HelloWe use QuickBooks online. I want to resubscribe to Payroll - when I try and follow the process, it gets stuck on the 'resubscribe' page. I've tried doing this in Quickbooks and in my Intuit account, and I've tried on different browsers and in Incognito browsers. It looks as though it is processing, but nothing happens - I've left it running for ages and nothing. I've already tried contacting the support team. They said to contact my bank:"from message you are getting. Seems that you still need authorisation from your bank to allow QuickBooks payment for the payroll subscription. This might have additional verification for another payment for payroll side" I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be asking my bank, this seems like a problem from Quickbooks side? There's a message at the top of the processing page that says: "Your bank may ask you to verify this transaction. Make sure they have your current info. Learn more."I can't click on the 'learn more' link
Hi The company start date is 6th July 2021 and when I have entered this date into the payroll, the first pay date is showing as 30 August. How do we enable the first pay date to be for 30th July, without changing the company start date please? We realise it may not be a full months' pay 6 July to 30th July. Many thanks
I have a problem with regards to an ex-member of staff who, with us having migrated to the new online payroll module, has come across into the new financial year.It is now no longer possible to remove him from our payroll so each month we have to disable his record. Our accountants are also unable to help remove him.How can we do this?
It shouldn't, but it always amazes me how rubbish the answers are to my questions. It's almost like responders have an answer to a question that they want to share but it isn't the answer to the question you posed. In this respect SAGE support is infinitely better than Quickbooks support.I also believe that responders on here just want to NOT have a question unanswered because it messes up their stats so they post an answer which may or may not answer your question.I searched the community for similar questions to mine before I posted my question and there were answers to all the similar questions BUT not one of them answered the actual question asked.It's a shame because I love the quickbooks accounts function and the payroll is also good as long as you have a payroll that hardly ever varies from month to month.
HiI have a business which i use QuickBooks for and i get paid monthly through this. I have now got a second job which is my main job that i work full time at, is there anyway to combine my tax codes to show this on here or do i need to get HMRC to sort it out?Thank you
HiI have edited an employee's pension3 times now to show he has opted out. But when I run the payroll pension is still being deducted from his pay. Is there a bug in the program?I have now had to delete the payroll 3 times but it is still being deducted! What do I have to do to correct this?
