I used to be able to enter the charged amount, note the tax type and it would calculate the tax out.
In the process of migrating from desktop to online. all regular salary employees look good but commission only employees have no tax deductions? how do I set that up?
Somehow the payroll summary is showing the history I put in for each employee so I need to remove these amounts and start fresh
Four employees who are over 18 and subject to CPP deductions are not having their CPP calculating correctly in QB. The program is taking the bi-weekly deduction of 134.61 twice before multiplying by 5.95%. A fifth employee's CPP deduction is calculating accurately.
I can't run my payroll. It doesn't bring up hours worked for employees.What can I do to fix this?

My employees payroll cheques are showing as the wrong net amount in the bank rec. For example, paycheque's net pay is 295.63 but when I go to clear it in the bank rec it shows in bank as a completely different amount. Has anyone ever came across this? How do I fix it?
Hi, We are looking at getting a new time clock, however, this does not directly get imported in to QB like our last time clock. We only have the option of exporting as an excel file and importing into Quickbooks. Can this be done? If so, how? Thank you!!!
I set up a new employee and went to invite them to Workforce and it shows as they already accepted.
can you file an amended t4 summary with quickbooks
