My employees would like to save their overtime to be paid at a later date. However, I need to still enter the overtime hours worked in order to bill out their time worked to the client. Is there a way to enter the hours worked in the time sheet for billing purposes but then not have those hours paid on the employees pay check and accruing instead?

do I need to have email addresses and phone numbers to setup. Have all sin numbers,tax info rates etc. Does workforce need to be setup. Want to add history for 2023 for employees but cannot reach that step it says I am missing stuff for employees

When paying Source Deductions Ive been using Payroll Expenses, but need to change them all to Payroll Liabilities... How would i go back and change them?

My business does not have to pay statutory pay to all employees, as this is a healthcare related business in Ontario. How do I get around the fact that Quickbooks online does not let me deactivate Statutory Pay for employees as it's on by default.
The pay date for the processed direct deposit is incorrect so the payroll taxes are accruing for the wrong pay period. I need to edit the pay date to the correct date. I am using quickbooks online.
It will allow me to pick an association for the first line but the rest will not allow me to select the drop down, any suggestions?
