The new credit note shows multiple rows of what could be previous credits or payments applied to this supplier. Do I delete these rows or add to the bottom of them? Previous accounting packages did not present me with this so concern on the result of what I would do is paramount.
Why is the share screen option showing when I am posting a question to the community? There is no-one waiting for me that has authority to review my accounts so why is this option showing?

This letter serves as a formal and urgent complaint against QuickBooks Online Payments for what can only be described as an outrageous and unethical handling of our merchant account and business funds. As part of our transition, we adopted QuickBooks Online to manage invoicing and accounting. Unbeknownst to us, QuickBooks automatically enabled online credit card payments. Several of our clients—trusting in our professionalism and, unfortunately, in QuickBooks—used that option. The result? QuickBooks is illegally holding our funds with no legitimate justification. On Friday, we noticed one of the credit card payments was placed on hold. After multiple failed attempts through support—including being given a non-existent email address by your chat agent and being tossed between departments without answers—we were finally told our merchant account had been closed without notice, and the funds—our customers’ money—would not be deposited. We are in the process of integrating QuickBooks with our Bitrix24 CRM system. During implementation, we've encountered a limitation with the OAuth 2.0 flow that requires manual user login to authorize the application and retrieve the initial access and refresh tokens. Since Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 flow does not support backend-only or service-to-service authentication, this manual login step becomes a bottleneck for automation and long-term integration — especially in a CRM environment where user interaction is not always feasible. Could anyone please advise if there is any workaround or recommended approach to securely automate token generation and refresh without requiring repeated manual intervention?
Quick books not working when using Safari. It works with Chrome. How do I fix this?
Our QuickBooks Online admin left the company and is unresponsive. I have the correct admin email and password, but I’m stuck at login because the 2FA code is sent to their phone, which I can’t access. How can I recover access as the business owner?
I want to pause my subscription because I have taken a subscription but have never used QBO. Can we resolve this? Otherwise, I have to cancel it. But I need to use
The company whose accounting will be handled is in the United States. I entered the company's Federal Tax ID, and it's correct, but QuickBooks says it couldn't validate it. Does it have anything to do with the fact that I subscribed from Panama? What should I do to get QuickBooks to recognize my company's Federal Tax ID?
