More and more frequently over the past few weeks, making requests to the Quickbooks API times out. Error:[Operation timed out after 25001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received] We have to wait usually around an hour before it starts to work again. It amazes me that a company as large as QB has such a dreadful, unreliable API. Our entire company depends on QB and we literally cannot run our company when the API times out. Any suggestions, other than just wait?

Can anyone help me with setting up a subscription? I downloaded the app from Google Play, not realising that that would mean I can't pay via the website. I don't know how to pay via Google and I don't really want to, I'd rather have an Intuit account and pay via my laptop on the computer. When I tried to pay via the app store it says it doesn't recognise my google email address. It doesn't help that I don't really understand this situation. I've spoken to two people at Quickbooks, one was gleefully unhelpful and the other well-meaning but very uninformed. All I want to do is pay for a subscription but it seems impossible. Is it possible to delete my current Quickbooks account and open a new one on my laptop and pay via Intuit? Any help would be very much appreciated, I've spent hours trying to sort this out.

I'm using QB Pro 2017 on Windows 7 and support has stopped for this version. i use the calendar for due transactions etc, When i install the QB Pro 2017 on Windows 10 and want to use the calendar it gives an error message "error refreshing current day view" and i need this for my business. I tried using QB Online and there is no calendar, please help me figure out what to do in order to use the calendar function.
Is there a particularly setting I am missing somewhere for the login process? I login using Safari, asks for the text confirmation every time which is a tad annoying.I login using Firefox and after the initial test confirmation is logs directly in. Is this by design in for Safari for whatever reason?
I've moved my data from QBD but now whenever I create or adjust anything in QBO I have the warning date about closed books? No idea why. Suggestions on a postcard please.

The invoice is shown as 262 pounds but will not balance /match with the banking payment received of 262 no option to match these together..next to useless..
I'm totally new to quickbooks on line. I am a landlord and own HMOs. I self manage some of them and others are managed via a letting agent. I'm totally unclear about how I should set up each house and the tenants. Much of the information I've read is from the perspective of me being a letting agent which I'm not. I need to see the running costs for each property. I wondered about setting up each property as a location (which seems to make logical sense) but can't find any landlord who has done it this way. Regarding tenants (customers!) I've read about customers and sub customers and classes and jobs and projects!!! My head is ready to explode. It should be so simple.......I have a house, it has x6 bedrooms. Each bedroom is occupied by a tenant who pays me monthly rent! I want to be able to report on income either by room (within each house) or by tenant. How do I set up the rent? I'm assuming it's a service? How do I set up the tenants? How have other landlords set up their system?&nb
It would be great if the customer didn't have to manually enter invoice number, amount etc. I've looked at several but can't decide. Anyone got got any experience? WhatsApp ideally would be best. He doesn't do heavy invoices, max 8 a day. I'm aware that QB has their own option but per transaction it's quite pricey for a small concern like ourselves.
