For me it would be a lot easier to access to the Proadvisor Training videos from my phone chrome browser. But the layout doesn't display properly. Is there a way to fix that so I can do the training from my phone not a desktop.
I want to thank the wonderful people at Intuit for using a framework that is not compatible with Android devices. And it's especially refreshing that the latest upgrade issues from over a week ago still haven't been addressed....

A client wants her QBO simple start invoice template to look EXACTLY like her QB Desktop invoice. I customized one to look very similar, except that we cannot move the source and target sections, so they are spread out over the whole eight-by-eleven letterhead she uses. There is one-third of the paper with a blank space. The invoice information is mostly on the top 2/3rds of the page.How can we spread the information to be more spatially correct on the full page?
The only work around we have found is logging through a browser which adds way too many steps to make it efficient. Why do updates always mess with what was working well.
For the past month I have not been able to backup my Quickbook file. I am running MAC OS Sonoma 14.1.1. My last backup was in November. I get an error message stating backup failed. "QuickBooks was unable to back up your company file. QuickBooks could not copy the company file." I have tried different drives, external and internal. I have tried saving it as a new company as well. When I try to save it as an accountant copy, it asks to verify the backup. Then I get a Verify Failed message: "Your company data has failed verification. You can either cancel the backup to QuickBooks for Windows, and rebuild your company data by selecting Rebuild Data in the Utilities menu under the File menu, or continue with the backup." With tax season coming up I dont want to mess with rebuilding the file and corrupting any data and losing any transactions. Please help. I am running QuickBooks for Desktop Mac 2021 Version V2
We own a floral business that has "house accounts"-- customers call in with orders, and we place them on their account, mail out an invoice (usually) monthly, and receive payment. What is the best way to mange this system with quickbooks onine? We want to be able to look up the customer, see all of their orders and payments in one screen, regardless of the timing of their invoices.
Can I get my Quickbooks data even now. Because Quickbooks has been closed in India so I am woried if I can still get the data as it is very important for me.
Does anyone have any idea if the ability to use bundles in QuickBooks Online will be improved so that you could add up to 50 inventory items that will also be capable of tracking the inventory quantities sold? That is a huge disconnect!

It is very annoying to enter ALL THE TIME the exchange rate when making a quote or an invoice. Even if you choose "All new [currency] transactions for [date]" option, QBO keeps asking for it. It is VERY VERY VERY ANNOYING
when I go to send the invoice I hit the view detail blue spot but it will not open or show anything. also the invoice number does not show anywhere , even on the subject it just say Invoice (inv No.) but no number is shown.

WHO in their right mind at Intuit approved this change in Quickbooks online? I've been with Quickbooks for 20 years. I don't use 80% of the features, I just need payroll and a bank register. I have to watch a video to: 1. Make a Deposit.2. Pay a bill.3. Print a check (still trying to figure this out.4. Open by Bank Register (and it takes seconds for this and it's backwards and slow.4. Can't write a check to see how it affects my balance.5. Can't turn off auto pay employee taxes until the end of the month.6. Checks don't line up anymore and must download Adobe just to do it.7. Have to enter every category for every check I write AGAIN.8. Can't, for the life of me, figure out how to split a check with amounts in categories. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MESS. Greetings,I need some help with importing IIF files that have different tax rates from the default one. We use QuickBooks Desktop and we have a default tax rate set up in the Company preferences. However, when we import IIF files with a different tax rate, QuickBooks always uses the default tax rate instead of the one in the IIF file which makes sense because I have EXTRA=AUTOSTAX in my !SPL line *see picture attached).Is there a way to create invoices using the tax rate in the IIF file instead of the default one? For example, in this file, we have G as the tax rate, but our customer preference is S and the invoice is created using S. We have tried removing the AUTOSTAX and using ENDGRP and NOTHING, but none of them worked. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
