I've signed up but I'm being asked for my tax details (either with an SSN or EIN), but I'm not a US citizen and I'm trying to access my company's quickbook as an international contractor. I don't need to get paid, it's just to log my time there, but the W-9 Tax Info form seems to be a blocker. What should be my next steps?

Two issues regarding how my products/services appear on estimates and invoices:1) On certain products/services, the fields appear different on the online view vs the pdf view. For example, in the attached file of both views, the quantity for item #6 is 1, but the quantity is dropped in the pdf view.2) How do I change the product/services "itemization" in the pdf view? For example, item 7 is showing as hr, item 8 is showing as unit, and item 9 has no itemization. How do I fix/change these values for each product/service?
File menu dropdown not working in Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2021 but the other menu options are working so I can't close the company, open a previous company, backup, etc. When I click on File it turns green but no dropdown options show. Also, out of the blue, Quickbooks is very, very slow.

Hello Community, Is anyone else having this problem in QBO:We attach PDF and Excel files when processing: A/R Payments; AP Invoices; Client Invoicing & other client docs into QBO. This happened before where suddenly the ability to attach files in customer information could not be completed. It took about a week someone to realize it was a programing issues and fix it.

Hello, We recently activated the advanced inventory, to be able to pick P.O.'s more efficiently. Since updating all the items with barcodes I initially connected my phone to the QB desktop app to test and see if the items registered with just a regular Bluetooth scanner and it was a success. I purchased a Zebra TC21 since QB support page said it is compatible, I registered it the same way I did with my phone and everything is showing up just the way its supposed to, except for when i press to scan, the barcode does not register, and since there isn't any UPC field, nothing shows. After searching and trying all the support pages and articles I could find, nothing would work. I tinkered with the settings in the Data Wedge profile to see if I could get it to work but I'm not having any luck. I called QB support to see if they could help and they told me I have to contact Zebra. I called Zebra and they said its an app and hardware configuration and to call QB. So i'm hoping someone he
We are integrating with QBO, and creating the Customer record. We are getting an error that says 'Malformed Web Site Address format' whereas the website is correct. {"Fault":{"Error":[{"Message":"Malformed Web Site Address format","Detail":"Web Site URL does not have correct format. For the past 3 days I have not been able to sign into the self employed mobile app on my iPhone 12 (current software version). I am able to sign in on my laptop on the web just fine, but I am stuck in this loop on my phone. I MUST get access on my phone. I have disabled the face id login, problem persists. I've signed in through the website and signed out... problem persists, I've gone into my account from my QB Online Accountant login clients screen and then signed out in both the client popup and the QBOA dashboard... problem persists. I've restarted my iPhone several times... problem persists. FRUSTRATED!!
I can see QBO allows some minor invoice customizations. Such as allowing some fields to appear or stay hidden. What about if I want to modify more than that is shown on screen? E.g.Spacing between line itemsnew custom field (name of salesperson) and other fields that may be needed.
Can I just have the system revert back to the original or I'm leaving quickbooks and going somewhere else.
I have QuickBooks software on my laptop. The QuickBooks file is kept on the owners laptop and it is set to multi user. I have added the product key and license number on the software I downloaded. I want to access the file the owner has on their laptop. Do I complete a backup of the owner file and restore on my laptop? Mine is in multi user as well. By doing this will any adjustments or reconciliations I do be seen real time by the owner? We would be on two different wifi networks.
