when I click on 'vendors', the list populates but the screen to the right is blank where there should be vendor details
Whenever we print a report from any printer, the bolded letters and numbers print with smudges and/or lines (not intended lines because of smudges). How can we get the print quality corrected?

If I want to make changes to some of the products that are included in a bundle what is the best practice? Can I just make changes to the bundle and save? Will this change my historical data? Or do I need to create a new bundle moving forward?

I just logged in and all my invoices have disappeared. Even the new ones I create don't show up.Since I see no other place to reach out to customer support or report a bug, I am reporting it here. This should be fixed ASAP as I imagine a lot of QB users are affected like myself. Thank you for your efforts, Kevin C. I followed your recent directions ... found "How?" link in B section ... clicked ... but no link seen to click on to set up Adobe Reader as default PDF browser. I have an iMac with Safari (v 16.5.2) and the page indicated that Apple Safari (v 12 and above) dropped support for NPAPI plug-in architecture ... is this the problem? I certainly appreciate your patience and assitance.
I also can't see my invoice history using quickbooks online self-employed. I can see invoices on the app on my phone, but I can't export this data. I am using an Apple Mac. This happened within the last week. What is going on with new Quickbooks invoicing format?
Just started a new business that is on quickbooks desktop pro - we are adding another person to help with our books and they will be working from their home - Is it possible for them to access our books on a different computer from their home on QB desktop Pro? I am helping a client with their computer. Their hard drive failed so I gave them a new hard drive and windows installation. I plugged in the old hdd to transfer the files and I copied their company files for quickbooks. However, I am getting 6000 errors. The ADR didn’t work. Is there anything I can do?

Forgive me everyone, I'm pretty new to QBO Online and I am having an issue getting something set-up correclty. Background: I have a small property management company and I have to use an outside system PMS (property management system) that does the monthly invoices. There is no API or link between that and QBO online and I MUST use the PMS to payout the owner. Each month I have expenses that I incur on behalf of the owner and I take those proceeds from rent collected. With Desktop, I had the ability to use the Customer Field to map these expenses to the Customer (Property and Owner) and I would uncheck the billable box. In QBO, I can't seem to find the Customer section in the register. As a reali life example, we purchase a lot of items at Costco. In one single purchase, there are mutiple items that are purchased for various property locations. I'm looking for a way for me and the book keeper to assign these as needed.
Ever since I did the upgrade to 2019 I have not yet 'Exited' QB's. When I'm trying to shut down, the program freezes for 3, 4, 5 min and then crashes.Doesn't matter what I'm working on during the day, it will freeze and crash.Took me 10 min to sign into Support. I'd try to Sign In and I get the Registration window.Once I upgraded I've been having trouble with the Desktop Manager crashing and blipping and I'm having to wait until it gets done so I can continue working.Is anyone else having these issues? This is seriously cutting into my work production. This was not a problem before the 2019 upgrade.I have Desktop Pro Thanks -
