We have an under 18 who is paid monthly and works 38 hours a week but QB is calculating the super incorrectly. We have no thresholds on the profile and OTE is correct with super at 11%. So the employees Gross OTE is $1,574.21 every month with SG calculating to be $161.62? But it should be 173.16. There are not deductions or anything else other that income in the payrun.  I believe it might be QB's attempting to work out the hours per week based on the month. so for example 1st September is a Friday so QB could be thinking that the employee has only worked 1 day so thus under 30 hours and not entitled super on that pay.  Changing to weekly would be costly in time and only alternative would be changing the employees birthday so remove QB from attempting to correctly calculate super. 

We have an employee that needs to take extended leave and will use his annual leave and personal leave at half pay. I can't seem to get this to work so the leave is still calculated correctly. can anyone assist please?

I have originally signed up using apple via iPhone to subscribe through my Apple ID, there is also no issue with my card or payments.

How do you fix a payrun that has been lodged with the ATO?

We cannot delete the drafted payrun because we cannot access the whole entry as it keeps on saying that the payrun calculations are still being completed.

I am not sure if by finalizing the weekly payruns, this also files with the ATO on a weekly basis.

I went to do a pay run and one of my employees does not have any earnings lines showing up under them.I have checked and saved the pay run defaults and they are still not showing in the pay run. Why would this be and how do I fix it?

I want to show the industry allowance on payslips but I don't want the hours to add to the total hours worked.  How do I do that?

Changing ABN structure from Partnership to Sole Trader.If I update the new ABN in KeyPay via Payroll Setting, ATO Settings, will this automatically update the ATO on the next pay run to record STP against the new entity?
