How do I unlock the QB Time (books) so they can enter their time cards?

I want to downgrade my account but I am not able to because it says I have US currency. But I DO NO have any customers or suppliers that use US currency.

In the item/inventory setup, it shows Item cost in CAD, but I would like to see it in EUR. The EUR price for the item stays fixed, and I would like QBO to auto assign costs based on forex. At this time, If I list cost in CAD, I have to account for the fluctuations each time.

We had to credit the account initially as it was an EFT payment. I need to write a cheque to the third party, and want it to remove the credit on our Customer 's account.  How should I proceed?

I have 170 customers, I would like to see a list come up to see which ones have an over due account

The window opens behind the "Sale Details" and cannot be seen unless I close it. I then have to re-open the Sale details to search for the newly created Item that was added to quickbooks. This windo previously opened in front of the "Sale details" window, to edit. I have tried multiple different browsers on different platforms, with the same result.

I wonder if I need to turn on inventory tracking in QuickBooks online when using the lightspeedx as my POS
