My boss had me doing the entries for multiple companies in Quickbooks. I go off of the bank statements and everything looks like it's coded correctly. When I printed him the P&L he said that there is no way we made that much profit. Why would it be off? Like I said, it doesn't look like anything is coded incorrectly. Please help!
I have 296 emaiils and i am unable to send it by batch. Theres an error when sending it by batch. Please help
As of yesterday, I cannot log into the app on my phone. And yes I have cleared data and cache, etc.
I added a rule and can't change it back for some reason, so I want to start over again. Also, I am missing 3 months of transactions and importing the csv isn't working.

The account QBO created doesn't fit my account structure or else I would simply divert all entries to that account.
Howdy all, I am having a bit of trouble with invoice customization. I have the date column selected for the activities in my invoice, and it shows up in that preview window, but when I preview an existing or new invoice, the column is missing. I do have the date selected in the invoice settings. Any thoughts?

Hello - I'm getting ready to pay my quarterly sales taxes. When I proceed to review the sales tax, up at the top right of the report, I see Payment details. Number of Payments is equal to 0, yet under "Other" it shows an amount paid of 335.32. Yet this is a quarter to which I've not made any payments. So I'm confused and don't know where I can find this transaction. I've looked at my bank register and there's no transaction for that amount. How can I find where this is coming from? When I drill to the detail on the liability report, it seems correct. Its this random "payment" it says I made that concerns me. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.Amy
A rep told me it's not a feature, but I don't trust his answer. Can someone verify is the Bookkeeper certification will not show up on the profile? All the other certs are showing up. In the beginning I had issues getting the certification in the first place because of a typo I didn't notice in the email.

The payments I receive via Paypal are now being brought into my books via "App Transactions." How do I categorize the payments I receive to the appropriate account? The help menu mentions a "products and services" category, but that is now showing up on my screen. Any help would be appreciated.

The iOS receipt scanner regularly detects borders improperly regardless of light conditions and a high contrast background. Also, unlike some other mobile scan apps, the QB receipt scanner fails to do any kind of image touchup to make receipts cleaner/clearer.
