OK so looked everywhere but I don't think you can do this which is a pain as needed for multiple clients So invoices need to go to email address A but statements need to go to email address B but for some strange reason this feature isn't available I know I can use multiple email addresses so could add them both in client details but then each mail box would be getting emails each month that isn't relevant to them and they'd soon be annoyed Can this simple and basic feature be added please?
We have recently migrated from Sage to QBOA, and as part of the migration process, the text for our payment terms were pulled through. When I look under the Cog > Account and Settings > Sales, I can see the payment terms names, but no details - as far as I can tell, there is no way to edit or delete any payment terms once set up. We are not using the old terms; I'm in the process of updating all our customers to the new terms, but it would be handy if I could remove unused payment terms. Is this possible?
Hi,I have about 12 ATM Withdrawal transactions that are incorrectly entered as "expense" and should be "transfer" one of them has been entered as bank deposit and most have been reconciled. Is it possible to batch change them from expense to transfer or do I need to delete them individually and re-enter as transfer and then reconcile them again or what is the best solution?Best Regards,Noel

Null accounts? been 4 months now. what is this? had no records of transactions or invoices for this amount of time. re freshed etc on laptop and phone app. only one of 3 accounts shows as connected but that has stayed the same for this amount of time too. not impressed. Also mileage tracker is hit and miss. This is silly now and close to cancellin my account.

Hi, We received a large amount of refund for the VAT. We are supposing it was some interest received. How can we record it in Quick Books? Say we received £165, not £160, as stated in the submitted VAT Return.When we record £165 VAT Refund and match it in bank account, then there is £5 balance remaining on VAT Centre. If we post £160 as VAT Refund, it won't match the Bank. How can we record a correct VAT Refund amount so that it matches the Bank?
I'm trying to sort out my latest VAT return and there are a number of exceptions appearing which completely screw up the correct amount owed. There seems to be nothing I can do to delete them or deal with these incorrect amounts being added into the return figures
QuickBooks Tide feed issue - Description / Bank Detail column is only pulling Debit / Credit and not the full description ? I have attempted to enable / disable "Show Bank Details" from the gear Icon but that does not help.
I have emailed a purchase order to my supplier and just noticed the part numbers don't appear on there, I contacted support and they told me that's not an option. Anyone know if that's correct? Surely not?
I recorded a cash transfer payment twice on my ledger from my cash account in the last financial year end. I need to put the amount back in the current financial year how do I do it please so my cash account will be correct. Greetings I used to have QuickBooks desktop that came on some disks, but after replacing my computer I appear to have lost the disks. I have some QuickBooks backup files that I need to retrieve some data off.Is there a way for me to access the back up files without purchasing a new subscription to QuickBooks? Thank you.
