I would be so grateful for an answer to this one. I have imported a month of transactions but it is recording all income as 0. I have to reimport but can't delete the original. I would be so grateful for support.There is no way to just delete the entries and starting again.
I have a client who receives one receipt per customer which will be a payment for anything up to 100 or more invoices. I have several issues with the way QBO handles these receipts, I want to know if I am handling these right or if there is a way that send can be changed to stop my issues. 1. Currently when the receipt is matched to invoices the customer transaction list view will have individual lines for each invoice allocation. This means I end up with pages of payment allocations which don't show the invoice numbers for that line.Is there a way to either not have these lines generated or else at least the invoice number shown. 2. When the allocations are taking place is there a way to either search for the invoice number or can the lines be sorted in some way? 3. I have issues with these multiple allocations where a staff member has maybe misallocated one invoice, when I select the individual invoices to view allocations I have to scroll through pages and pages

I missed recording a payroll for April, how do I fix? What does this do to the reporting?
A rejected CIS return has no way of me unfiling it so I cannot see what the error was or make any changes to resubmit a different version of the return.
Have tried disconnecting both apps and reconnecting. No joy
They were updating fine before, but stopped at the end of June. I've checked the import details which are correct and I've checked I still have permission.
How to run a report of yearly sales by product detail?
I reconcile the credit card statements every month with no problems. This month there is a credit for an item purchased the previous month that I had not anticipated happening which has meant that the card is in credit and there was nothing to pay. How do I reconcile the statement - I am so used to clearing things down monthly that this has thrown me out. Thanks

I thought I was doing well with being forced to use the new terrible shortcuts and payout while using Safari.But alas, the update has been forced onto the browser.The ability to add shortcuts could be a really hand time saving system, however. The person who thought this through must have had a lobotomy as have the shortcuts are pretty much visible under the animated menu anyway. Oh, and who’s idea was it to add more eye sickening animations, very 2010 and very much ditched by all modern web site designers. On top of this we now have new report layouts, can you spot what is missing in the new version. Honestly this is not rocket science is it. My 6 year old granddaughter spotted it in 5 seconds. When creating a Sales Invoice where amounts are 'inclusive of VAT', the VAT is calculated by Quickbooks by rounding down rather than up. e.g. In QuickbooksRate: £474.99Quantity: 1VAT: 20%VAT Total: £79.16 However, the VAT is actually £79.165 so should be rounded up to £79.17.Therefore the totals do not match my Sales System receipts (Shopify) which correctly rounds VAT up. Hello,This may be a really silly question but please bear with me as this is my first time using quickbooks.I have recently become self employed. When it comes to taking a income for yourself, what do you categorise this as 'Personal' or 'Business' within Quickbooks. Clients have paid into my account and I have allocated this as 'Business' however, what do I do if i want to take money out of this account and into a personal account.
SO had the (390) error and no connection to Santander Business UK, tried all the reconnecting went through reconnecting with Santander Cahoot, still no luck, had to unlink the bank account and reconnect with Santander Cahoot option. Great its now seeing the account, but because it can only download 90 days transactions ive lost all my tax history, and to rub salt into the would Santander is not giving me an option to download in CSV format!
