Let me guess there is no way top add markup to estimated items... No custom columnsUtter waste of time.. more i use this crap the more i find is missing from the desktop!!! WHY are you forcing me to use this watered down version ? FFS this is rediculous!

Managed to get it set up with just sterling account, note how it shows sterling sign for all.... Should show dollar/euro my guess is, it thinks they are three sterling accounts They are all identified as main 2402 from what I can see... They should have separate IDs right?
We're looking for a solution that lets us view our old QuickBooks Desktop accounts in perpetuity after June 2023, when Quickbooks is discontinuing its Desktop product. QB Support tells me that our Desktop app will not start and instead show an error message after 30th June. They offered their Export tool, but that will only last for 7 years and we will need to access our old accounts with no time limit. We migrated our day-to-day accounts off QB Desktop to Xero in 2020, so we don't need an ongoing solution. We just need a permanent means of viewing our old accounts from time to time. Does anyone know of a solution to this? Ideally, we would want a permanent licence to the latest version of QB Desktop in read-only mode. We of course acknowledge that QB would not be obliged to provide ongoing support.
What is the phone number for UK QuickBooks customer support ? I pay £13.00/month for this, and don't even have a phone number (!)I now need some urgent specific support on Desktop to Online migration to which I can NOT find an answer in all the "community" posts. Yes it's me, I'm back again. Thanks for all your suggestions last week, I decided to start all over again with the data export tool.I have uploaded my company file successfully, I think. So I now press continue and I get this message. What am I doing wrong?
We have recently had to move from QB Desktop (in the UK) and I'm now trying to look at the Data Export Tool but it doesn't seem to be working. Do we need to use this tool just once to export our data somewhere that we can look at it, or do we use it at any time that we need to look up something from the old data?I appear to have got as far as uploading the data file (Step 2 on the QB instructions) but cannot move any further than this? I get a screen saying "Make sure we got the right company file" but can't click continue?What else should I be doing? What else do I need to do? Also despite all the emails saying that QB Desktop will discontinue on 30th June 2023 if I try to open my old Desktop system today it says "QB Desktop has reached the expiration date and will no longer open company files"All in all it's a bit of a shambles really. Has anyone had any luck with this please?
I want to run payroll from the app as I’m on holiday. I can’t see it anywhere.
Hi, We are thinking of converting from Desktop to Online and have noted that the attachments can't be converted.Has anyone come up with a work around for this as we don't have the paper copies now? I've seen where the files are saved but they are all in individual folders that are titled with a random series of letters and numbers so it's not like we can say what they are without going into each folder. Is there anywhere on Desktop this folder info is stored that we could export to create a mapping of what is where? Thanks
We have a huge number of pay categories that we no longer require. I don't have the option to remove them as it says they have been used this year. Some of these are categories that we haven't used for several years (i.e Furlough Pay). Is there a way to remove them or make them inactive when they are no longer relevant?
How do you set up redundancy payments in standard online payroll? All help just points to how to mark an employee as a leaver without any actual help on making the right payments.
