penalty charges for unpaid overdue invoices
Hi AllI have an Outstanding VAT and VAT control account both have different balances, what could be the reasons?
When I first started my business, I used a personal card for a number of expenses. I now have a business account integrated with QuickBooks, but I'm trying to add expenses from my personal card from months previous. The first time I added an expense, I was able to select "Director's current account" as the Payment Account. However, when I try to add other expenses, it only offers the following options:-My linked bank account-Bad debt provision-Other debtors-Prepayments-Uncategorised assetsIs there a reason I can't select "Director's current account" again? Thanks in advance for your help!
I can't do cashback from bank deposit. The option where you select cash back account disappeared.

I reconcile my bank account on QuickBooks Desktop each month so that it matches the business bank statements however my accountant contacted me today to say my the trial balance don’t match the bank statement. How is this possible, when the reconciliation is matched to my bank account monthly. How do I find where the difference is and what caused it?
today we are unable to switch between companies, we are having to sign out and sign back in to change the company we are working on. Has anyone managed to resolve this issue? It's taking up valuable time and is quite frustrating
We have unique identifiers in our chargebee system which I would like to show in the Customer list. I'd like a field before Name, Company Name, Phone etc to show teach separate identifier. Is this possible
